I visited Marble Slab/Great American Cookie, to get a strawberry milk shake. The store was clean and the service was fast and friendly. I had to get some cookies since I was there. Chocolate chip, sugar cookies, peanut butter and snicker doodle were my choice of cookies. The strawberry shake was really good. I’ll be back the next time I’m in this neck of the woods to try the strawberry short cake sundae.

It’s been quite a few years since we bought a marble slab ice cream cake. We typically buy the one from downtown. Since we leave nearby woodruff rd, we decided to get one for my son’s birthday. The cake’s look was a disappointment. This isn’t our first time getting the strawberry shortcake. Usually there are fresh strawberries but this time it’s like strawberry jam. Even the picture on the website has fresh strawberries. The taste is fine but we wish the cake looked more presentable. The cake already looked like this when my husband came home and we live 5 mins down the road, it couldn’t have possibly melted that quick.

I placed an order for a cookie cake a week prior to my son’s graduation party. I couldn’t design the cake how I wanted with the options given to order online. I went in the store and placed my order with Dee…. Fast forward to picking up the cake this morning when the store opened at 11am. Upon Dee showing me the cake I told her the cake was NOT supposed to have a diploma on it. (I only wanted my son’s name centered at the bottom of the cake) Dee’s response was…”it’s extra icing”.
As being a business owner myself, I would never allow a customer to be unsatisfied. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I love Great American Cookie Company cookies so the cookies are good but not my favorite with the ice cream. Staff is usually young teens but always helpful and nice. The outside is definitely the best place to sit while enjoying your treat but the price of everything is kind of ridiculous. This is a every now and then type place. For my husband, me, and our 2 kids, we spent $30. Would recommend for the cookies!

Most of my experiences here have been alright, but my husband and I went here for Ice Cream Day and did not have a good experience at all. Marble Slab was running a promotion on all their social media that if a customer showed up and ordered a small or larger size ice cream, they’d get a small ice cream for free. No mention of any coupons or app rewards or anything, you just had to show up and order at any US location. We went into this store and asked about the promotion as we ordered, and the employee insisted we had to have a paper coupon. The manager was also in the back answering phone calls and telling people they had to have a coupon. We even showed the employee the social media posts, but they refused to give us the free ice cream. Marble Slab corporate has acknowledged this problem on various social medias, and I’ve reached out to corporate and customer service, but after their initial response, they’ve consistently ghosted me.

Ice cream with unlimited mix-ins was great. The only thing keeping this particular business from going under is the great service from the two school kids. The cookie display looked nasty and the atmosphere was barf. The owners just don’t care I guess. Drive to an ice cream shop where you, as a customer and your money, are wanted and appreciated. The owner will respond with the generic response seen on many of the previous reviews.

I came to this location to use a reward on my Marble Slab Creamery account. The app showed this location and there was nothing on the door saying that this location doesn’t accept Marble Slab Creamery rewards. So I ordered an ice cream cone and it was handed to me. I showed my app so that they could scan my reward code and was told that they don’t support it at that location because of the owner’s policy. I said I came in expecting to use my app reward and if that wasn’t possible then I didn’t want to do it and I was told I had to pay. Definitely not happy and can’t recommend.
