Food as always are amazing, delicious and tasty. No complaints what so ever. The attendant who took my order this evening was polite, patient and welcoming us with a smile even with the busywork environment, time management and quality being a very important factor to be met.
( ) If I could, I would suggest a better and more efficient way to organize the customers traffic and in /out delivering. We are lost by who’s just sitting or ordering or just there picking up. But it does not mean the customer service being excellent and or the quality of the foods, etc.

What I cannot tolerate in people is a lack of manners and respect for others. I have visited this restaurant several times before and was always treated very well, and the food has consistently been quite good. However, today I had the unpleasant experience of calling to place an order and being dismissed by someone who even insinuated that I had something in my mouth. This was both disrespectful and entirely unnecessary. I will not be returning.
I would like to point out that a restaurant relies on its customers for its business and for its staff to keep their jobs. With that in mind, it is difficult to understand how someone could treat so poorly the very people who support the establishment. This experience was deeply disappointing. ♂️

Horrible service. No empathy for customers what so ever. Ordered a burger based on their online menu. However, when I called to get this issue resolved they did not want to help at all. Currently have an allergy and they did not even want to take that into consideration. When working with the public you need to have some empathy if an issue occurs. So sad. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Does not even deserve not even 1 star after the treatment received. Unbelievable.

Clean restaurant in a not so great part of Framingham at night
Had to repeat my order a dozen times then get asked 4 more times about what I do or do not want on the burger.
The food was ok but omg make a better burger. don’t smash it all into a wrap it was a mess
It was so big but they just made a messy sandwich even with taking items off it. Iver seen this done at multiple restaurants they can’t make it neat and when you unwrap the sandwich it’s a mess of food.
The fries were good don’t over salt them.

the only thing that isn’t average here is the horrendous and unequivocally belligerent service. the food isn’t good enough to redeem how utterly atrocious the customer service is. it almost seems intentional. “screw you, you’ll eat our garbage anyway!” is the vibe. recommend this place to someone you hate.

Got the #2 X-Tudo burgers for Jen’s first birthday month dinner. Super good to eat in, small with friendly service. Yucca fries and fried plantains come out hot and ready for ketchup and green mayo. The burgers are delicious and deluxe. Love this place. We got casadinho for desert.

Horrible service. My wife ordered a burger and they have not updated their site or google site with a new menu. When explained to the manager or the person in charge they did not want to help us at all. Very disappointed. After owning a business myself and working with the public you should be willing to go above and beyond to fix this issue. Very sad to see this. Do not recommend.

I got a steak and cheese sub based on a review I saw on google. The sub had the potential to be the best I’ve ever had, but it was incredibly salty. It was juicy and flavorful, but it also tasted like someone accidentally was SUPER heavy-handed with the salt and didn’t taste test before selling the food. Needless to say, the food was inedible and I threw it away. I would try this place again just Incase the heavy salt was an accident.
Update: came here for a second time and was unimpressed. This time I tried the Brazilian burger and a large fry. $22 for the burger and fries and it was not fulfilling. The patty, bread, and filling ratio on the burger was awkward. Patty was flat and a little dry. The fries were comparable to something you’d get from a New York Fried chicken spot. Personally this place is just not for me.
