Very beautifully organized restaurant in a very nice location in the heart of Palma.
We ordered sushi at about 15.00h (spicy tuna rolls) as starters and were served ice cold sushi. I am 100% sure they were made at least one day before and kept in a fridge, the tuna was ice cold and the color did not look fresh and the taste was meshy. It was not freshly made. We asked the staff about it and he said may be the rice was in the fridge. Nothing more he said. They made it either in the morning or a day before.
Then we ordered a seafood salad for the main course which has no taste at all.
We ordered the Entrecôte medium rare, but it was served well done, only with one slice of Zucchini, one slice peppers and one slice of eggplant unter the meat. The Entrecote was served in two slices of meat. The herb butter was served totally melted in an unsuitable dark sauce, normally one would serve the butter on the meat or at the side not melted in the sauce. I really wanted return the dish back but no staff was around. ( I ate a piece of the steak and waited for someone to come to ask whether the food was ok but nobody attended, even though we were the only guests sitting inside the restaurant apart from one table with guests sitting on the terrace for drinks. When a staff member finally arrived I informed about the well done steak instead of medium-rare, not even a word of apology. Three different staff members attended from the start to the end of the meal, none of them was really interested in us, then I started reading the google reviews which I should have done before entering.
We normally would not complain or write so negative of any restaurant unless it’s really really disappointing. For the price quality relation was inappropriate.

The place is beautiful and we were lucky to get a window table overlooking the yachts. The service was excellent we didn’t wait too long and we haven’t been rushed either. The only disappointment I had is that the seafood linguini I’ve ordered had grit/sand in it from the mussels that I guess haven’t been washed properly. There wasn’t enough of seafood, most shells were empty. My partner had a turbot which he enjoyed very much. Shame about my dish it could’ve been perfect.

A gorgeous spot for food and views of the harbour. We visited for lunch on a very warm day and it was a lovely spot to cool down under the shaded terrace. The staff were very attentive and good-humored. They didn’t rush us from our table which was nice so we could enjoy the views of the yachts and stay cool after our meal. We ordered a range of sushi and pasta dishes so there is something for everyone. I had sushi which was a decent portion for the price but not too filling for lunch. The decor inside is stunning, the tableware is lovely and there is lots of dried flowers hung everywhere which makes it a great spot for a snap for Instagram.

The food was really good, tad overpriced but good. The cocktails especially were amazing. We had the cocktail Samurai with the hint of spice, yuzu, sugar and chili and another cocktail was a traditional Mai Tai. At 18 Euro, the price felt on the upward scale but the ambience, the sea breeze, the seat on the deck compensated the feeling.
We had Calamari a la plancha(36 Euro) that was a Calamari dish with veggies and we also had a pasta dish. The food was tasty and delicious but the service was really slow and cold. I personally felt maybe a bit underdressed according to the taste of their waiters. Maybe they are only used to serve people in Gucci as I saw a difference in serving in different tables. Even after paying a whole lot of money, the behavior let me leave on a pretty bitter note.

It’s a fantastic place! Had a lovely lunch there and the food was very well bought and executed. Really enjoyed both a Mediterranean salad and some sushi.
It is on the pricey side but that’s to be expected with the location. But honestly is money well spent. Also the staff was amazing and took great care of me. I recommend!

The food is always perfect. The setting is elegant and relaxed, great ambient music. The waiting staff let it down massively, on my last visit I had a bottle of Moet and Chandon champagne added to my bill which I never ordered or drank. Today I had a friendly spanish waiter who tried his best, but was serving the whole outside deck by himself, which slowed him down. The Asian female hostess really let our experience down, she was super unfriendly, never smiled once, and made us feel unwelcome. Your staff could learn from those at The Merchants

Mar de Nudos is a fantastic restaurant with an amazing location on the marina. The food is fantastic, and the cocktails are some of the best I’ve ever had.
We had dishes from the Japanese menu, which was amazing!. It was cooked perfectly, and the flavours were incredible. I could tell that the chef really knows how to put together a delicious meal.
Of course, no meal at Mar de Nudos would be complete without trying one of their cocktails. I had the Vanilla Sky, which was a Bullet Bourbon, Brandy Suau and Vanilla. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart, and it was so refreshing.
I highly recommend Mar de Nudos to anyone looking for a delicious meal and amazing cocktails in a beautiful setting. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a special occasion or a night out with friends.
