From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast and lunch, we set out to handcraft meaningful meals that will leave you full, fulfilled, and inspired.
We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and to always hand-bread our chicken. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

Had always wanted to try one of these places. This one opened close by work so a few of us have it a try. Didn’t know what to expect with a name that included biscuit. A wonderful surprise. I had the Hash bowl with cheddar. It does come with a goat cheese option. Ingredients wer fresh and eggs the way you like. Mine were over easy. Very good filling bowl. Would get it again. My friends tried other things as you can see in the pictures. No complaints.
The lady taking our order and making the juices is fantastic and friendly. She convinced me to get a berry lemonade. What a great sweet drink. You can see fresh fruit remnants .
Good place will be back with the family.

We have visited Maple street a few times. The chicken and waffles are flavorful and filling. The coffee wasn’t hot but once we let them know they replaced it and provided us with a takeout cup. I enjoyed the vanilla Chai tea (iced). The first time we were there it was busy. This last time it was nice and quiet.

Everything was great! Lucas was super sweet when we first walked in and gave us great suggestions like the sunrise drink. I love that the oranges are actually freshly squeezed, and the waffles are nice, light and fluffy!

Clean, friendly local place, with yummy food! I hopped in right before closing and ordered chicken and waffle. I ordered to go because it was really cold, they were almost ready to close, and I honestly just wanted to be home in front of the fireplace. The lady who took my order was really sweet, and was cleaning up in between taking care of me and a couple of courier orders I saw leave while I was waiting. They made my food fresh and I waited a little bit but it was totally worth the wait! Even when I got it home, the food was perfect. Crispy chicken with a tiny bite of spice, paired with bacon butter, 4 soft waffle quarters, and maple syrup. YUM!!

I came to this restaurant around 11am and it was a little busy. I ordered the Five and Dime and my chicken was undercooked. I was really excited to try it too, but was highly disappointed. My bestie ordered a mimosa which came out 30min after we ate, her daughter ordered a latte that came out an hour later after asking 4x about it, AND we found hair in our food. For the amount the food costs, the food just wasn’t worth it. The kids loved the waffles but my besties daughter said hers was a little “tough” per her words. I wouldn’t recommend this spot.

I visited around 1pm, right after the lunch rush. I ordered the chix and waffles with a strawberry lemonade. Great flavor to the lemonade but very sweet. The chicken was seasoned well. The chicken was a smaller portion to the waffles so I felt I had to ration the chicken. Service was fast- I was the only customer at the time. Overall, the food was good. I would visit again.

This is a counter serve type restaurant, the tables are pretty close together and the air vents were blowing cold on us the entire time.
The wait for the food took a really long time. We ordered multiple items to try.
The retro tacos were ok, but kind of tasted like something we would make at home.
The biscuits and gravy, was delicious, but definitely has a kick, just be prepared for that. The smashbrowns also were good, they tasted a bit like hush puppies, really well seasoned.
I got one of the sweet biscuits, I forget what it’s called but it’s cinnamon, chocolate chips and icing. It tasted old or burnt. It was very hard along the edges, and I couldn’t detect the cinnamon.
All of our food got cold in record time because the air vents were blowing so hard. No body really ate their eggs after a minute .

We finally made it to try breakfast this morning! We arrived around 9:30, and found parking easily. There were a few people in front of us and a few people lined up behind us by the time we ordered. We placed our order at then found a seat. It’s a rather small dining area, and the tables are close together, but there were multiple tables available – there’s also outdoor seating. We didn’t have to wait but maybe 5-7 minutes for our food. We ordered more than we normally would just to try some different things. We ordered the squawking goat and five and some chicken biscuits, the retro taco, and the cremini and spinach taco. We also ordered two fresh squeezed orange juices and a maple vanilla iced latte. We started with the tacos. The retro taco was egg, sausage, cheese, potato, and sour cream. We added the salsa that came with it and it was pretty good. Neither of us cared for the cremini and spinach taco – there were far too many mushrooms and the flavor was very strong, and we like mushrooms. The squawkin goat chicken biscuit was served with goat cheese and hot pepper jelly. The piece of chicken was giant and the goat cheese smushed out when we cut it in half. This was a good balance of salty and sweet, and the chicken itself was very good, not dry, crispy. I typically prefer light and fluffy biscuits, but these southern style biscuits are dense and buttery and were pretty tasty. We also had the five and dime biscuit which included an egg (we ordered over hard), fried chicken, bacon, sausage gravy, and oh my gosh was it tasty! The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious as expected, i would’ve liked it a bit colder, but it was good. The maple vanilla latte was a bit too milky, but had a good flavor. Overall a good experience, good food, quick service, and we’re likely to return soon!

This Maple Street Biscuit Company is in a convenient location and maintains a clean, welcoming environment. However, the customer service left something to be desired—simple requests like condiments or adjusting my drink went unanswered, and waiting 5–10 minutes at the register in an almost empty restaurant was frustrating.
Pricing is on the high side, with a small breakfast plate and coffee exceeding $20, which makes the self-service aspect feel mismatched. While I didn’t feel pressured to leave a tip, bussing my own table at this price point was disappointing, especially with more affordable full-service options nearby.
That said, the quiet atmosphere makes it a good spot for remote work or conference calls, which I noticed several customers taking advantage of. Overall, a mixed experience—clean and quiet, but lacking in service and value.
