From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast, we set out to craft scratch-made comfort food, with a modern twist. With every breakfast, lunch and catered event, our fresh ingredients, that quirky take on comfort food, and a sense of community go well beyond basic. We aim to leave you both full and fulfilled. We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

Do yourself a favor & go here. Every aspect of this restaurant is spot on. Felt immediately welcomed upon walking in the door, and everyone seemed so happy to be there. Had some questions about the menu & were answered happily. (Shiitake gravy IS vegetarian!) Got our delicious food fresh within five minutes and WOW!!! Absolutely perfect. The iced lattes are delicious& the biscuits are cooked to perfection. Loved every single aspect of this restaurant & this has very quickly become my #1 breakfast stop when visiting Chattanooga. You won’t be disappointed.

Visited at 12:02pm on a Wednesday. Staff were kind and courteous, and it wasn’t very busy, but it took 38 minutes for our food to come out. Tasted good, but for such a long wait the food itself wasn’t hot. I also ordered a biscuit sandwich and the gravy was cold and the fried chicken was lukewarm. The latte I ordered was delicious (vanilla maple), but other than that I don’t think this place is worth the price.

Visited at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. No crowd yet, but a steady flow of people. We ordered an appetizer and two biscuits. All was delicious! The only bad thing was that almost all of the coffee pots, creamer, and sweeteners were empty.

Went on a Friday morning and had a wait of 20 minutes or less -well worth it though. I ordered the Cowboy and was informed they were out of the country fried steak. I was bummed but they recommended having it with the fried chicken and it was honestly just as good I would say. I also went overboard with the groovy gravy potatoes but they were fantastic also. The cinnamon biscuits are a must too, but get them to go or risk the inevitable food coma… I highly recommend dining here if you find yourself close to one!

This place is AMAZING! I ordered the Five & Dime Sandwich. It was so flavorful and fresh. It’s on a soft buttery biscuit with fried egg, cheddar cheese, thick cut bacon, and a chicken strip. It also comes with a side of sausage gravy that is super flavorful. This sandwich made feel so happy after I ate it, lol! Highly recommend!
