In a world of boring breakfast and lunch, we set out to handcraft meaningful meals that will leave you full, fulfilled, and inspired. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and to always hand-bread our chicken. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. I was served food on a plate that was visibly dirty, with clear smears still present. This was immediately noticeable, and I took photos at the time.
A staff member asked if I would like the food remade. I declined because being served on an unclean plate raised broader concerns about overall sanitation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable consuming food from the kitchen.
I requested a refund and returned the entire order except for the drink and the only reason I did not return, the drink is because it was served to me in a plastic cup. What was particularly disappointing was that no apology or acknowledgment of the issue was offered.
Clean dishware and basic accountability are fundamental in food service. I’m sharing this so it can be addressed appropriately at the location level.

They take pride in their unique coffee offering yet the kettle was empty.
The ceiling was leaking when I went. Was spacious inside. Friendly hard-working kitchen staff. Good food.
It is lacking something but it is hard to put your finger on just one thing.
With a little improvement for inside sit down orders they could earn more repeat business.

This was our first time here. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. I ordered the five & dime which was recommended by one of the customers waiting in line. The portion sizes were great, food was excellent & staff was very friendly. I’ll be back.

I typically eat here and usually it’s without issue. Now apparently they guesstimate how much juice to put in your cup if you order no ice. They say they give you 10oz, however when I ask if they used a measuring cup because there are no line designations on the actual cup. The response was it’s a scoop of ice. I have not drank any juice out of the cup pictured. It’s worth noting that there is no indication of how many ounces you receive for the $4 price on their menu.

The best biscuits we have ever had. You can see them being made and they were so buttery and moist I have mine plain. My husband really enjoyed the mushroom gravy.
The smashed hashbrowns were full of flavour too and not too greasy.

This is supposed to be an EXTREME B&G. Biscuits and GRAVY!! I had to pay extra for more gravy. I don’t get it. You sell Biscuits and GRAVY.
That being said. I’ve been here 3 times before this and I will say that all 3 of these visits were great. However if you start to cheap out on your signature items, we stop patronizing your business. If you advertise EXTREME B&G and it isn’t, maybe you don’t charge extra to make it what it is supposed to be in the first place?

A friend invited me out to Maple Biscuit and I’ve never seen or heard of them before so when I checked their menu online, everything seemed really good. They specialize in biscuit dishes and entrees although they do have other options.
You line up and pay at the register and find a seat as they bring your food out to you. Drinks are all self-serve which I really liked. There was no need for tipping since you basically do everything yourself such as clean up after you’re done by putting your dishes in a metal tin as you exit.
Biscuits and Gravy: 4/5, it was very tasty.
Chicken Basket with Kettle Chips: 3/5, it was good but the buffalo sauce was a bit too sour for me and they drizzled a syrup over the chips and made them soggy which I didn’t like.
Sweet Grace Waffles: 5/5, star of the show. Chocolate chip waffles like I’ve never had before and just absolutely amazing!
