First time at Maple Street Biscuit Company and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The restaurant was spotless with plenty of seating, which was a nice surprise. I ordered the Squawking Goat and my wife got the Sticky Maple—both were outstanding. The chicken was tender with a perfectly crispy crust, and the goat cheese on mine took the biscuit to the next level.
The only downside was the fountain drinks—they all tasted like they were low on sweetener.
Overall, fantastic breakfast spot with biscuits that fully earn their reputation. I could eat here every day…

Ordered takeout as I saw this from the street driving by. We had the classic biscuit sandwiches, smash brown, cinnamon biscuits, peach berry lemonade and caramel toffee crunch latte.
Let me just say that this was still delicious even though I had to travel 15 minutes before I could eat it. The good smelled so good in the car. Smashbrowns might be my new favorite breakfast food. I will definitely be back to have a sit down meal as there were plenty other choices for me to try.

We had such a great experience at Maple Street! Even during a busy rush, the staff went above and beyond. Will was excellent with his customer service, he jumped right in to clean our table quickly. Alex took our order for a family of six and was incredibly patient and kind. He read back the entire order to make sure it was correct, and everything came out perfect. It’s not easy to handle a big order during a rush, but he did it flawlessly. Thanks to Will and Alex, our visit was smooth and enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back!

A true hidden gem, they’re always so nice and personable. Everyone is so polite and friendly as soon as you walk in. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, the cinnamon biscuits are my favourite. This is my go to spot at least once a week

The food was delicious and well plated. The grits were quite tasty, and the price is not too bad. Will definitely come again. The only complaint I have is that the staff seemed lifeless, and they kept forgetting things. I understand this happens, but feeling welcomed and thought of is part of the experience so I hope that improves in the future.

The food was amazing. I tried the fried green tomatoes and added goat cheese… let’s just say, my plate was clean. The general manager, Lee, was attentive and friendly. He walked around checking on guests and offering assistance. This place is a 10/10, highly recommend!

Definitely the place to go if you haven’t tried it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived shortly before closing time and Destiny greeted us right away, Gabe was also super efficient and nice and Lee the manager was wonderful ! The food speaks for itself, from the coffee to the chicken to biscuits- DELISH! Also try the apple butter and smash-browns! They are BOMB! We’ll be back!!
