From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast and lunch, we set out to handcraft meaningful meals that will leave you full, fulfilled, and inspired. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and to always hand-bread our chicken. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

First time ever going to a Maple Street Biscuit Co, and I was very impressed! Excellent customer service, clean location, and great food. The biscuits and sausage gravy might be the best I’ve ever had. Warm biscuits and hot coffee was the perfect way to start a cold day in Gainesville! Kudos to the very friendly staff. All around, great experience.

Wow the food is amazing I do not like bfast at all. If I do it is biscuits and gravy and I am super picky!! Let me tell you this by far has been the best I ever had!! Delicious The staff was very friendly. We wish we had one close to home in Detroit!!

There is a mom back there in the kitchen. She comes out and check on all us (customers). Food was fast & omg so good. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Haven’t been here in years. But man has it changed. I’ll be back soon. & get the sweet tea!!!!

Came for brunch with a friend this morning, neither of us had ever been here before. Overall, good and would revisit.
First impression is that it was moderately busy when we arrived. It’s an open kitchen and all of staff were smiling and hustling! Majesti was clearly an awesome team lead. Timothy on the register was very polite and professional.
The floor was sticky throughout the restaurant, but the one of two working bathrooms was clean. We waited quite a long time for our food, but this seems normal for the environment – so be patient. I went in to check a couple of times, the second time I checked with JT, he confirmed our order was in queue and kindly apologized for the wait. A few minutes later, JT actually brought our food out to the patio. Even though our ticket said dine in, it was boxed to go. He truly could not have been nicer.
Re: the food, my friend ordered the biscuits and mushroom gravy. I ordered the retro with scrambled eggs and added sausage gravy.
The biscuits were ON POINT and the bacon was thick and well cooked. Bonus is they circulate with sweet cinnamon biscuits that have a glaze (these are free and dang delicious!). Both of our gravies were excessively salty, however, the sauces were thick and unbroken which was nice. The smash potatoes were like a fried potato pancake. The flavor was great but they were fried a little hard and seemed maybe the grease may have been dirty or turned up too high.
I will definitely return to try the other dishes we saw turned out from the kitchen. The price was an excellent value for the food we received.

Great big fluffy biscuits with gravy is my go to. This time I tried the Berry tea Punch because Ms. Majesty told me how good it is. She was not lying.
It’s a university town so it was busy and a bit loud. But the biscuits are worth going back.

It was our first time getting breakfast here today and it exceeded expectations!!! The food was absolutely delicious. I got the power bowl and my boyfriend got the biscuits and gravy. I would highly recommend both!! The bowl was the perfect complement of flavors and a healthy option for breakfast that tastes delicious, flavorful, and was super filling. I tried his biscuits and gravy and they were superb. The best biscuits and gravy both of us have ever had. The staff is also extremely kind and generous. We got to interact with JT, Max, and Christa today. Great customer service! You can tell they really enjoy what they do. We will definitely be back. I would take a picture of the food but I ate everything on my plate!!

There was zero wait, the place was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and courteous.
We ordered at the counter, found a seat and the atmosphere is pleasant.
It is not fast food so it took about 15-minutes to get our order. Well worth the wait!
I had the Farmer which was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Almost more than I could eat.
We shared a maple cold brew which was also delicious.
My husband had the Retro plate which he thoroughly enjoyed.
The only reason I rated it a 4 is the cost of $33 for breakfast for 2. But at least it was delicious and enjoyable.

I had the “goat cheese pepper jelly” chicken biscuit sandwich and it was phenomenal! The flavors worked together so perfectly. The lady manager Chris gave great customer service. I definitely recommend this place.
