Cutest place ever! Stopped in for a donut and a latte, the donut didn’t even make it to my car. My drink unfortunately also didn’t make it much farther down the road as I forgot to put it in my car and drove off with it on top. I went back in fully ready to buy another but the barista remade it for me for free! This place gets a 10/10 in all categories for me

Love the concept and atmosphere, good donuts and fair espresso, probably great if you come on a less busy day. The way the café is laid out is not conducive to high capacity, and I can tell the employee is trying their best but the workspace just isn’t built efficiently and is understaffed at times like today. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks primarily due to understaffing. Take this as constructive feedback. You’d be better off displaying your merch on the walls or ceiling, extending the employee workspace all the way to the wall by the entrance to where you just have merch on display, moving the fridges into that new space and not near the bathrooms.

I didn’t realize their donuts were half the size for twice the price or else we wouldn’t have gone honestly. The selection was very small considering their name. I was expecting a full bakery shelf of a variety of donuts. I think there were about 5 different options to include two with sprinkles of the same flavor. We were the only ones there and it took longer than I would expect to get our order taken. No one greeted us when we came in or even stood at the counter. And when I placed my drink order a few people came in after us and the same thing happened. The person at the register was more focused on talking to a (what I assume) was a friend on the other side of the counter. I ordered a medium lotus and the cup is more like a small so that was a bummer also. Just overall disappointed and wont be coming back.

I haven’t been here since this first opened. I was in the area and decided to pop in. So glad that I did. Apparently, they run a Tuesday $2.22 DripCoffee + Donut special. Which ought to named the 2-2-2 good 2 be true Tuesday Special. I had a what appears to be a half sized bar with blueberry frosting and 12 oz Hammerhead Coffee roasted specifically for Maple Bar. I believe they had chocolate, maple, and orange as the other choices. If they don’t have it, I feel like they need to include a strawberry or raspberry pink frosting to match and complete the colors of their logo. An excellent deal in 2025. I asked if there was a refill rate, and the worker wasn’t sure. It would be nice. And, it would keep the coffee rotating faster with fresher brews. Add that with the cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot. Especially for the Tuesday $2.22 coffee + donut special.

Maple.Bar is the perfect addition for the Cordata Neighborhood and is the cutest little coffee shop! Super cozy, great space for working/focus-time and has a full menu of great coffee/tea/focus drinks!
Plus, I bet it’s a great stop for WCC students close by to snag a pick-me up before/after classes.

I love this coffee shop! Maple Bar has the best tasting coffee in town in my opinion, sourced from Hammerhead Roasters! Also, to have great coffee, you need a great Baristas, and Kate the manager, is like a 3rd degree black belt barista! Seriously. She works magic with the espresso shots. Don’t sleep on this place!!

The staff here are so friendly and it’s a very sweetly decorated shop. The donuts are really cute and small, which I think is a perfect size especially when accompanied with a drink 🙂 I ordered their seasonal banana cream cold brew, wasn’t as banana-y as I anticipated but still very good!

I love the Maple Bar! This is a gem of a coffee shop tucked away in the Cordata neighborhood. They specialize in hand-crafted coffee & tea beverages, as well as small doughnuts and pastries. (Some of the tea is provided by The Spice Hut, a tea shop down the street.) I appreciate that the staff is always warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is bright, decor on trend, and features some local artisan goods. It’s a perfect place to meet up with friends, or work / study. See the photo below, which is a savory spinach tart and a chai latte. Yum!!

We came here looking for a good doughnut but we found a coffee shop. We thought this would be a bakery and doughnut shop but it was coffee and doughnuts. The staff were friendly and the washroom was clean. The inside though was very pretty. The doughnuts were not bad and I would definitely get a coffee with thwm next time.
