This is a great breakfast place! Went there for a date and enjoyed the good food.
Jenna was a very attentive server and we didn’t need to ask for anything.
This place has some poor reviews but that must have been from when they just opened because I could tell that a lot of people around us were enjoying their experience too!
(And in case anyone is wondering, the chicken and waffles ARE yummy)

Food was definitely amazing. Staff was friendly. Menu items were priced decently. Lots of food on plate, was shocked by how big omelette was, had leftovers to take home. I will be back. We had the French toast, a name your omelette…can’t remember if that is the right listing, and mine was the Southwest omelette which I would order again.

I had lunch at Maple in West Lafayette today for the first time in awhile. The service was outstanding and the food was great. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and waffle fries. It was all great but the seasoning on the waffle fries was so good!! Others with me had breakfast and I was blown away with how much food they received. Great place to grab breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast. After traveling all weekend, just wanted a nice relaxing meal. Service was prompt and brought a water as soon as I sat down. Ordered a Bloody Mary, what better way to start a Monday? Had a delightful flavor that was enjoyed the whole way to the bottom of the glass. The omelette definitely did not leave me hungry, filled the whole plate with the home fries covering what remained open. The omellette was nice and fluffy and completely stuffed. The home fries were cooked perfectly, nice and crisp yet not over done.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a great meal.

We came friday noon and the place was quite full, so the service kind of slow. However the staff was helpful and friendly, kept checking on our order. Ordered break of dawn which was tasty, but the chicken and waffle had only 3 pieces of chicken and 2 of them were quite small. The coffee was good, ambience is good, staff was friendly.

Absolutely will not come back. Today I went out for breakfast to celebrate a friends birthday and was VERY disappointed as I was overcharged and received everything wrong. I will admit when going out to eat I can be a little complicated when ordering, but I first ordered the rambler skillet I told her how I wanted the eggs cooked and asked if I could add steak to it and how much it would be. Our server told me she could check with the kitchen and let us know. She finished taking our orders and I then asked if I could add more veggies to it or if it would be an additional charge, I asked her if it would be easier to order the veggie skillet instead if I wanted those veggies and she said yes. Everything seemed fine. After ringing in our order she came back to our table at least 3 times. When my food came out there was no eggs so I asked our server if there was supposed to be eggs on it. She said “oh let me grab those for you” and shortly after brings out a plate of eggs for me. At the end of the meal she brings out the bill and when I read it I am utterly shocked as she tells me “just so you know my manager said I had to charge you for those eggs”. She neglected to tell me before bringing the food to the table she would be charging me $9 for eggs and an additional $6 for the steak, even tho she had many many opportunities to do so. So on top of the $17 for just the potatoes and a few veggies I paid an additional $15 making a simple skillet into a $32 plate. I would’ve simply kept the original skillet if she could have told me the one I switched to didn’t have eggs. I would’ve used the scrambled eggs on my sons plate that he wouldn’t eat if she would’ve told me she was going to charge me $9 just for a few eggs. On top of all that I ordered my son a kids French toast plate. It was one piece of French toast with scrambled eggs and instead of meat I requested wheat toast as my barely 1 year old cannot eat bacon or sausage. She brings me the full size French toast meal with caramel and strawberry sauce, still got the scrambled eggs but instead of his toast he got skillet potatoes. My personally do not feed my 1 year old fried food. I decided not to say anything and just feed him what I had but was still slightly irritated. Also one of my friends who was out with us had the wrong eggs made on her food and they charged her an additional charge for eggs to have her eggs corrected to scrambled instead of poached. The managers only resolution was to change one of the 2 charges for 2 scrambled eggs into a charge for 1 scrambled egg, thus taking off $1 ‍♀️. I wish our server would’ve communicated any of the many additional charges made before the food was served and the bill was brought to the table.

I really wanted to enjoy this place and gave it the benefit of the doubt for awhile during our visit. We were greeted and seated and brought water. So far so good. The building would benefit from coat hooks because half our table was taken up by that and the umbrella – not sure what we would have done if there was a person per seat.

We ordered drinks, one came out after about 5 minutes, and the other about 5-10 after that. The drinks were delivered and our order was not taken, and no quick mention of “I’ll be right back.” I don’t blame our server because they were overworked and appeared to be the most experienced server while the other three individuals were visibly confused and likely new to the job (I was a server then manager for 10 years).

Once our order was taken our server was not able to be attentive because they had so many things to do.

Hygiene wise I am absolutely okay with people wearing yoga pants to work, but it is off putting when they continually have to adjust their pants then touch food and items that go to customer tables. Some more training in this regard could be useful.

Price does not match quality or quantity unfortunately. Substitutions were made or items left out without mention during ordering or after serving (no paprika/ green onions on the eggs Benedict, Bleu cheese/celery missing from bloody mary, prosciutto sandwich was cold). This wouldn’t be such a big issue if it wasn’t priced the way it was.
One more experienced server and maybe more training would help. It took us an hour to get our food, had one round of drinks with no offer for more.

Environment-wise one individual kept yelling over customers to talk to to other servers when they were less than 10 feet away.

We may give it another try after they have had more time to figure it out.

We have had several bad experiences at this location. No one has been overly friendly, and today was no different. Ind fact, today was the worst, because until today, at least the food had been good. When we got there around 1:00pm there were at least 6 dirty tables just sitting there (see photo). We watched as party after party came in, checked in and were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Then there were 8 dirty tables. Not one person bussed a table while there were several parties waiting for one. Absolutely no one bussed those tables. After about 40 minutes. A server moved the dirty dishes off what would be our table, to another table, cleaned the table quickly and sat us. We waited another hour for our food, which had sat under a heat lamp enough that my husband’s oatmeal had congealed and my eggs were hard. I ordered a cheese omelet, and as you can tell from the picture, there was maybe a pinch of cheese on it. Our server came to check on us once, to tell us there had been several big parties come in and that’s why our food was so late and to leave the bill. However, no big parties had come in since we had been there. We have had wonderful experiences at the Le Peep locations in and around Indy. This was awful and I doubt we will be back. I’m not even going to mention the health code violations we saw.

Visited on a Tuesday and the whole place was empty! It was to our advantage. Regan was attentive and sweet! Could not believe the portion size of the “Monday Blues”. The coffee was excellent. Highly recommend!

We had a fun lunch here. The place is a bit noisy, but a neat dinner atmosphere. The have lunch or breakfast available all day and everything on the menu seemed to hover around $15. My wife had a blt that was very good and sort of different. It had a spicy kick to it along with what must have been maple bacon. I had a herdsman omlette that was also very good. Took half of each home.
