In Japanese, Manzoku means to be satisfied/happy. This restaurant lives up to its name.
I went twice once for lunch and once for dinner. Patience will be your greatest ally as each time I had to wait 50 minutes. The staff is welcoming and nice and will give a few snacks to those waiting inside/outside de restaurant.

I’ve never been to Japan, but all the people I went with have and they all said the ramen tasted like those they had in Japan. As for me, those were the best ramen I’ve ever had.

I went both times with the same dish : Sapporo miso ramen. The first time the eggplants were “soft”, tender and amazing. The second tile they were extremely greasy it wasn’t as good as the other time. However the difference is 1st time was for lunch on a weekday 2nd was for dinner on a Friday night (a busy night).

The staff is extremely kind.

When you step in Manzoku Ramen Bar for the 1st time, you know you will come back more than once.

The Food was amazing, the restaurant felt very “Japanesy”. They had One piece playing in the background. The foood arrived really fast. The only thing is that if you want a spot, then I’d recommend coming 20-30 minutes earlier than it opens. Because due to not being able to reserve a seat, you have to queue. A “ first come first serve “ situation.

Really nice place to eat. They offer the system of “eat and go”. I think this is the best system to satisfy anyone, compared to places where people just eat and sit for hours gossiping. The food is fantastic. Passionate about anime then eat like anime. They offer first come, first serve. Meaning they respect your presence and time. You enjoy noodles in all kind of sauce. You can ask for less spicy or more spicy depending on your choice.

The wait was long, but that’s usually a good sign when it comes to serious ramen — and in this case, it paid off. The broth had depth and clarity, showing proper extraction and balance rather than just salt and fat. The toppings were well chosen and cohesive, and the overall bowl felt intentional, not thrown together.

The staff were genuinely warm and sincere, which elevated the entire experience and made the wait feel far less tedious. Pricing is fair for the quality of ingredients and execution.

If I had to nitpick, the noodles could benefit from a slightly softer cook to better integrate with the broth, but this is a matter of preference rather than a flaw.

All in all, this is a ramen spot that understands the fundamentals and delivers an honest, well-executed bowl — definitely worth the wait.

I ordered the pork tonkotsu ramen, BEST RAMEN in the country.

Honestly delicious. Every flavor has a balance, its just perfect.

Definitely recommend.

Came for lunch, didnt have to wait much to get a table. They are not opened much, and when they do open it is just for a couple hours. They don’t take reservations and there is usually wait. So either comer at opening time or come with patience. It is honestly worth the wait!

After traveling through Japan and trying many bowls of ramen there, this is honestly the most authentic ramen I’ve found in Luxembourg. I’ve been here about a dozen times and I’ve never been disappointed.

The pork tonkotsu is my absolute favorite and the one I always come back for. Hearing “irasshaimase” when you walk in instantly takes me back to Japan.

All of their starters are worth trying. You can even order Ramune like in Japan and struggle to open it without making a mess. It’s all part of the experience.

A big shoutout to the owners and the staff, who are always so kind and lovely. That warmth, combined with the authenticity, is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

One of the Best Ramen Spots in Luxembourg – Worth the Wait!

I visited Manzoku Ramen Bar in Hollerich for lunch, and I have to say, it’s easily one of the top ramen places in Luxembourg. The authenticity and quality shine through in every bowl. Be prepared for a queue, especially during peak hours – it’s popular for good reason. Pro tip: Grab your phone and scan the QR code at the entrance to join the virtual waiting list. It makes the process smooth and lets you know your estimated wait time without standing around.

Everything here is made in-house, from the noodles to the broths, which really elevates the experience. I went for the tonkotsu ramen with pork, and it was outstanding – rich, creamy broth that’s simmered to perfection, tender pork slices, and fresh noodles with just the right chew. The flavors were balanced and deeply satisfying, making it a standout dish.

As a starter, I tried the homemade gyozas. They were decent – plump and juicy with a fresh filling – but honestly, not the best I’ve ever had. The texture was great, and you can tell the ingredients are high-quality, but the seasoning fell a bit flat for my taste, lacking that extra punch of flavor.

That said, if you’re here for the ramen and sake, you can go in with full confidence – eyes closed, even. The sake selection pairs wonderfully with the meals. Overall, a fantastic spot for Japanese soul food. I’ll definitely be back! 5/5 for the ramen experience.

Craving a warm bowl of ramen we stumbled into this shop! Super authentic and fresh ingredients, felt like we’re in a Tokyo noodles joint. The staff were all Japanese and very kind. Highly recommend to try local Japanese flavors in Luxembourg!

If you’re looking for the ultimate bowl, Manzoku Ramen is officially the one to beat. I’ve tried my fair share of spots, but this is by far the best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth is on an entirely different level.

While the gyozas weren’t the absolute best I’ve ever tasted, they were still a decent side to a spectacular meal.

Honestly, the ramen is so good that it doesn’t even matter—this is easily a super delicious, must-visit restaurant.
