We haven’t been to Manuel’s in a few years and had a nice meal there over the weekend. Enjoyed my large margarita, good salsa, good portions, good prices. And gotta love the free ice cream! We’ll be back.

I get this restaurant an overall, 3.5 stars out of five. See my rating breakdown below.
The service was good and that match the food. The jalapeño poppers came out hot, but it was paired with ranch that felt like it was right out of the bottle. The jalapeño poppers tasted like they were from a frozen bag versus freshly made as the jalapeños didn’t pop like they would if they were freshly made.
The guacamole was really disappointing based on the four globes of guacamole that came out on the plate. You’ll see the picture. I don’t know if it was freshly made or it came out of a jar a little too smooth for your typical guacamole. The tacos were large. The tortillas were Like store-bought. The meat was flavorful, although a little bit dry.
So it was an average Mexican/ Tex-Mex restaurant restaurant.
The server was friendly and brought out the items promptly. They filled up our cups as needed again an average service.
The parking is a little bit tight due to sharing it with other retail and restaurants.

1 Star: I wouldn’t recommend
2 Stars: Didn’t hit my standards
3 Stars: Average (nothing special)
4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star.
5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked with so much love. The staff is welcoming every single time, and the whole restaurant has such a warm, family-friendly environment. You really feel comfortable bringing your kids, your parents, everyone. It’s a spot where the food is amazing, the service is genuine, and the atmosphere feels like home. Definitely a go-to place for great food and great people!

Our #1 Tex-Mex spot in the community. You’ll get a big plate of food, fairly good service and some strong margaritas! Bathrooms are a bit rough and the place could use some maintenance upkeep but for the overall experience, I think the prices are really good, especially for a family. My wife and I go to Manuel’s maybe once every month or so and never had a poor experience. Enjoy the free ice cream!

I’ve been to at least 6 other Mexican Restaurants in the area and this our family’s favorite. This place reminds me of the restaurant I went to with my family and neighbors while growing up. Great food, great drinks, great service. My favorites are the Cheese Enchiladas, Beef Fajitas, and Brisket Enchiladas on the weekends.

We are staying in the area temporarily due to no power at our home for 6 days. We were hungry and it was my boyfriend’s birthday so we needed to get out and feel normal for a change. We had seen Manuel’s on our way into the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be perfect evening. The wait was not long even with the steady flow of customers and pick up orders. The service was awesome. I think there was one waiter who apologized for delay (which wasn’t necessary…he never stopped moving working every table as quickly as he could). The food was quick, delicious, hot and fresh..and did I say DELICIOUS?!!! The portions were plentiful and price was for our meals and 2 to go orders was more than fair. My boyfriend had a great birthday after all. 10/10 recommend Manuel’s

Service was good, and it was busy when I went. The portions were hefty and the tacos were delicious. The only think that I will say they could improve on, is the options for paying the bill. After we were done eating we waited quite a bit of time to get our check from the waiter, which is understandable since it was busy. I would hope that they look at options to update their systems so that customers can pay using a QR code at the table or a kiosk at the table. It would be a great and modern option that many restaurants including locally owned one are doing these days. I also waited a bit longer to pay at the front door. Which is why I think it would help them to have some modern options.

Decent family style Mexican restaurant with good waitors. They also have a ice cream machine for paying customers, so you can have as many ice cream cones as you want for desert.
