This little shop is so cute. They sell Ecuadorian ceviche with some special items on Saturdays and seasonally. The ceviche was so fresh and bright, and the seafood did not taste old. They make fried plantain chips. There are some small pieces of plantains so they’re not full chip size I tried their fish stew, and that also was very light and tasty. The portions were smaller than I thought they would be. It is made to order.

Simply put, WOOOOW. From the 1st bite to slurping out of the bowl, the ceviche mix was packing flavor. Extremely savory with every bite and I added some of their house hot sauce (lilikoi) which added even more flavor. Staff was amazing and helpful. Highly recommend giving this place a try.
