I absolutely loved the atmosphere at night time! Actual candles on top of the tables, it was very quiet and calm. This place was the most relaxed I have ever been inside a restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was incredible! Their signature drink was also very good, definitely recommend you check this place out! I think they only do the candles at dinner time so if you want the candles make sure you go for dinner

Love love love Manta! Everything I’ve ever gotten to eat from here has been incredible, the drinks are also always good as well! Staff is always super friendly anytime I come in. Bartender Conor is also super cute to boot, I only sit at the bar when I come in. 10 out of 10, highly recommend Manta for all your drink, sushi, and steak needs!

The best food we had on vacation while in Myrtle beach. Sushi was fresh. Hibachi and spicy pad Thai were delicious. You have to have the ginger dressing! Excellent service (Kristina) and very clean !

Usually eat here with no problems and the same could be said today except when we went to check out. We called ahead and confirmed it was still 50% off sushi on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Person on phone confirmed that it is 50% off still.So we eat in like normal and ask for our check at the end. We notice theirs no discount on the first check it’s full price and the waitress doesn’t mention the half off today seems shady but okay we let that pass. We flag her down and she puts a discount on we notice it’s only discounted off 2 of the 4 rolls we ate. They discounted the two rolls 30% instead of the advertised 50%. I feel like this is because they have an auto gratuity of 18% now. Which is no problem for us cause we always leave a minimum of 20% usually but I feel like they were trying to have the bill as high as possible today with the advertised discounts to ensure they had a good tip. Seems like false advertisement to advertise 50% sushi rolls and not even get a full 50% off of two rolls that you did discount. Pictured below is the receipt from before and the adjusted receipt after so that you can do the math like I did. Clearly this is only 30% off. I’m highly disappointed by the lack of transparency here. Sincerely a full time waitress of 7 years.

This restaurant is very well decorated and very clean, and the staff were very kind and made alterations for us, but the food was an absolute bummer. When I asked to remove the salmon (I’m vegetarian) I knew it wouldn’t be the absolute greatest, but they removed the scallions which is what really gave the moon roll its flavor (without salmon). The lo mein noodles I got just in case also tasted burnt, and then my tea tasted sour. The staff gave us a discount for the mistakes and discontent, which we really appreciated, but I just wasn’t satisfied with my dining experience.

Just driving by and was shocked by how good this place was. It seemed to have a all.male staff and they ALL greeted us…that was Awesome and Comforting. Connor was our server and was the Bar Tender…he a always busy but was also Very Attentive. He alone makes me want to go back…Really…the best service I’ve had in a very long time. Food was good…Steak and Seafood platter, but was way to much food lol. The place itself was clean and plain. So when we looked at the outside and saw the inside, we didn’t expect much…but WOW…we were pleasantly surprised. Oh, and even though the Servers were all busy…they all told us Goodbye and hoped we had a Great rest of the weekend…Highly, Highly recommended

While visiting from DC, we were in search of great sushi. We found it in this place. We did come after 9:00, so within an hour of closing, and while the restaurant was not packed, the service was slow. “Jacob” was most kind and professional. He apologized for the slow pace of the kitchen. Basically, if you don’t mind waiting and can deal with your party eating at different times, come on in. The food is superb and “Jacob” is the man to ask for.

In town and went for a late lunch. Looks like the place was recently opened as they were still doing some touch ups. Inside was very nice and clean.

Food we ordered was very good, but took a little longer than expected as there were only 2-3 tables tops at the time. There was also only 1 server that should have been able to handle it. Took a while on drinks and food throughout our time there.

Overall a decent experience. Would come back for more of the sushi for sure.
