Monsukjang is a new Korean spot inside the SF Supermarket food court in Rancho Cordova, and their main focus is soondubu (Korean soft tofu soup).
I’ve tried a few Korean restaurants around Rancho Cordova, and honestly their soondubu is one of my favorites locally. The broth is flavorful and hits the spot when you’re craving something hot and comforting.
They also offer other dishes like grilled pork (really good) and bibimbap if you want something different which is great savory and tasty as well!!
If you’re specifically looking for good soondubu in the Rancho Cordova area, this is definitely worth checking out.
