My friends and I have been regular customers, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff on duty was very disrespectful and refused to serve me, even after I explained my dietary restrictions and even translated it in Spanish to make it clear. It felt like he was pressured, but that’s no excuse for being rude. Because of this, my group and I will not be returning. Management should step up to ensure customers are treated respectfully, especially those with dietary needs

Simple and delicious Cuban lunch at Manolo and Rene Grill! The Cuban sandwich was crispy and flavorful, the flan was rich and creamy, and the Cuban iced coffee hit the spot. Great Latin music and friendly service made it even better. A must-visit if you’re in Miami, near Brickel, and looking for Cuban fare.

We arrived on July 12, 2024 at 0945 for a morning breakfast. It was delicious, a hot ham, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich with coffee and orange juice and a guava pastry. The service was friendly and customer focused (authentic Fonda Latina). Nothing fancy but great food and friendly service for a great price. I do recommend and will return again.

Absolutely love this place! Served with amazing hospitality and the Cuban sandwich was fresh, light, but super filling. I’ll be sure to come back anytime I’m in Miami.

Really fantastic food and reasonably priced. Easily some of the best Cuban sandwiches in town. However, when I went, the bread on the Cuban sandwich was a bit soggy. Luckily, the flavor made up for it. Also, very kind staff and overall great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Easy, inexpensive place for an authentic Cuban sandwich, although ours could have used a bit longer in the toaster. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. Friendly service and a very full menu plus a nice variety of beer. They serve breakfast too.

Inexpensive considering is very close to Bay Side, reliable since they are 24 hours and fast service. Food was good but not delicious, maybe because it was already 10pm and we couldn’t feel the freshness. Empanada didn’t have the crunch expected and Steak in the sandwich was very tasteful but so thin that bread, lettuce and tomatoes would take over, maybe I’m not used to Cuban style and was expecting a Philly style. I try to call but no answer, there was no parking and would have been super if my order was taken to just pick up and not have to pay for parking. It was in a rainy day so I was lucky enough to find a parking spot right in front. I ordered and returned to the car with the empanadas until the sandwich was done. I’m guessing is a Miami thing the fact that almost all 24hr establishments has homeless greeting you close to the door but he was just a little distance looking at everyone coming in. All in all it was good and I would come back again when in the area and ready for a quick bite.
