Manoli’s Pizza Company was created with family in mind. My father, Manoli Placourakis, was born in 1925 on the largest of all the Greek islands, Crete. We moved to Maui and opened Manoli’s Pizza Company in 2012, Handcrafted and fresh from the oven, made with an organic wheat or gluten-free crust, and piled high with locally sourced vegetables and the finest quality meats — the pizza is just one reason to visit Manoli’s Pizza Company. From the satisfying sandwiches and creative salads to the delicious homemade pastas. As ‘big Manoli’ used to say, Treat your friends like family, and your family like friends. That’s what we strive for here at Manoli’s. Order Takeout, Delivery or Dine-in. Reservations available and walk-ins welcome.
Airy, family-owned restaurant & bar serving pizza, drinks & Greek appetizers with open-air seating.

We enjoyed a pizza here last night. Nice open air seating, but was a bit hot. They sat us in a shady corner which was nice. Summer, our server was great! Very friendly and helpful. The pizza was good and the drinks as well. If you want to get out of your resort and eat some place different then this is a good place to go.

Great atmosphere, drinks and view. We came here for the gluten Free pizza which was great. A bit pricey ($5 more for GF crust) but worth it when you have celiac. The other pizza we ordered was a plain cheese and it was the worst pizza I have ever had- paper thin, greasy and not worth the wait.

Paid $16 for a very sad-looking calamari fritti. It was clearly frozen, low-grade fried calamari and not worth the price at all.
We also asked for hot sauce with our Hawaiian pizza. The server asked, “What kind of hot sauce?” We said Tabasco, and she replied that they don’t have it. We then asked what kind of hot sauce they do have, and she said they don’t have any hot sauce at all. That made no sense—why ask us what kind we want if you don’t carry any in the first place?
On top of that, the tone and attitude of the person working the takeout counter were unpleasant. Overall, the food quality and service were both disappointing.

Most disappointing Christmas Eve dinner I’ve ever had, and Easily the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life. I ordered the gluten-free pizza, it was literally soggy and crumbled apart in my hands. It was completely Inedible. I even called to give them some feedback because I truly did not think it was OK for them to serve this to any other people. I then asked if a manager could call me and Anie never called me back so at lead me to be writing this review. Save yourself money and do not eat here. You could easily get a better gluten-free pizza in the grocery store frozen.

I had a very disappointing experience at Manoli’s Pizza Company.
We ordered three pizzas and hot wings for pickup at 6:30 p.m. The employee who took our order charged our card and told us it would be ready in 20–30 minutes. I arrived shortly after 7:00 p.m., assuming it might just need a few extra minutes.
Unfortunately, the order wasn’t ready. I checked in and was told it would need another 30 minutes. I waited patiently. Around 7:45 p.m., with still no update from staff, I had to check in again myself. Once again, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. There was no explanation, no apology beyond a quick acknowledgment, and no effort to keep me updated while I stood there waiting. No offer of a drink, discount, or anything to help make up for the delay.
I finally told them that if it wasn’t ready in 30 minutes, they should just cancel the entire order. After that, the food did come out roughly 30 minutes later, but as they handed it to me, they casually mentioned they were out of wings. No prior notice. No substitution offered. Nothing.
By the time I got home, it was around 8:30 p.m., and I had spent over an hour and fifteen minutes just waiting at the restaurant. When we opened the pizza boxes to eat with our family, the pizzas were ice cold, as if they had been sitting out for quite some time.
To top it off, there was no discount or attempt to make things right after a clearly poor experience. Communication was lacking, the wait time was unreasonable, and the food quality reflected it.
Very frustrating experience overall.

My family has been coming to Manoli’s for a long time, on the last evening of our trips to Maui. The food is usually excellent and we love the pizza. But this time, we had a very disappointing experience with the service. We had a reservation, but once seated it was at least fifteen minutes before we had to ask the hostess if we had a server…we ordered drinks from the hostess. The server, Amber, eventually showed up. She seemed very distracted. They were out of both the wine and beer my husband and I ordered. All four of us ordered two pizzas to share and a hummus appetizer. The appetizer came but the pizzas did not: the table behind us, with a different server, arrived at the same time as we did, yet they had received their food, eaten and paid before our pizzas arrived! After an hour, I asked Amber where our food was. She offered to bring more pita bread for the hummus and said we were not alone as all pizzas were taking at least an hour…why didn’t she tell us that before? She announced this information in a tone that suggested it was my bad for even asking! She offered to get the manager. Neither the extra pita nor the manager materialized, but the pita was on our bill for $2!! I paid it, because I was tired and couldn’t be bothered to make a scene. The pizza was good. Amber needs more training: show up, be more helpful, check on your guests, and if there is a problem with the kitchen, a freebie would be nice! It wasn’t a great way to end our trip and I hope in future to have a better experience at Manoli’s.

We had such a wonderful time at Manoli’s! Our server, Josh, was truly exceptional. He had this calm, kind, and wise presence that made our meal feel extra special. You can tell he has real Maui pride so genuine and kind-hearted.
The food was outstanding. The salad was fresh and delicious, and the pizza was incredible flaky crust, great flavor, and perfectly cooked. And the Holy Manoli… absolutely to die for. A must-try!!!
The service was excellent, and the location is beautiful, overlooking a stunning golf course. Prices are very reasonable as well.
We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Maui!

Awesome food! Pizza, Ceasar salad, scallopini piccata were all terrific. We had to remind our waitress to take our order, and we would have liked our water refilled, but she had great recommendations and was very friendly. Restaurant was open and relaxing, the bar area seemed really nice too. We would go back again.

If I had to sum up this place in one word, it would be “Don’t”. The food just isn’t good. The only thing we liked was the cheesy garlic bread which was good bread and had a good amount of cheese… but zero garlic. Pizzas are super thin crust. The greek vinaigrette on the salad is neither greek dressing flavored nor a vinaigrette but some weird creamy flavorless sauce. For $15 we got 5 of the world’s tiniest chicken wings that seemed to come right out of a frozen restaurant supply box. Check out the picture. The side of ranch is bigger than the portion of wings.

Excellent pizza resturant just up the road from the Shops at Wailea. Large resturant with tons of seating but it fills up quickly. Food and drinks were served fairly quickly after ordering. Our server was swift and attentive. Would highly recommend making reservations if you plan on dining here.
