This is another favorite Italian spot in Charlotte for me. The service was great, the food was delicious, and common areas were clean, and best of all, they source local ingredients! It also has a cute and small market selling fresh pasta that gives it a nice vibe.
Centrally located in a shopping plaza with plenty to do within walking distance and plenty of free parking around, Manno Bella has quite a few options of pasta plates. Tip: If you are not into pasta, this is NOT your place. I mean, this place specializes in pasta after all.
I’m a regular here and usually come for business lunch meetings. This time I went for an Arnold Palmer to drink and for food I ate the Amatriciana pasta (fresh bucatini, spicy tomato sauce, pancetta). It had a really nice texture, the sauce was tasty and the right level of rich, and the small pieces of pancetta were just my preferred size to get a not too meaty bite. I had no issue eating the entire serving. I ended with the affogato with stracciatella. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!
As always, service is friendly and helpful.

I had a quick lunch at Mano Bella and it was simply incredible! I ordered the Amatriciana pasta (“The Hot One”) and it was an explosion of flavors — the spice level was just right (I’d say 5/10: not too much, not too little), simply perfect
To top it off, they also have an amazing little Italian market inside. You can shop for fresh and dry pasta, house-made sauces, ravioli/gnocchi/tortelloni, ready-to-bake meals like lasagna, soups and stocks, seasonings, olive oils and vinegars, plus a really nice wine selection. Such a great concept — I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had! The staff informed us that all of their products are only made in house and always sourced locally when able.

I ate way too much food here and have absolutely no regrets. The hostess/management were able to accommodate a 7 top without reservation with a 30 minute wait. Amazing staff, prompt, attentive. Every bite gets better and better. Have to start with the bread service. Opted for some burrata as well. Pappardelle and shrimp were a great combination. Extremely fresh pasta. Lasagna that melts when you touch it. Someone thought the truffle in the gnocchi was overpowering but I think truffle can just be a lot for some people. Out of all of this pure gold, the amaretti was the surprise cherry on top. Incredible texture to end the meal. Go and indulge!

Couldn’t miss reviewing this wonderful restaurant. If you want good quality, homemade tasting, great food, don’t miss this spot! I got the lasagna which is usually a disappointment for me but I finished my plate. It was delicious. It felt like someone’s Nonna was in the back making it. I went with a group and I didn’t hear a single complaint. We are already talking about returning and we felt great afterwards because they make their pasta with flour from Italy so it’s so much easier on the stomach! The service was great. The staff was super friendly. I wish them much success

My husband and I stopped here for a weekday lunch and had the most amazing meal. We started with the bruschetta which was on their homemade focaccia. We split a Caesar salad that had a delicious lemony dressing and a featured pasta dish with broccolini and mushrooms. All of their pasta is homemade and you can tell, it’s so delicious! We finished with a raspberry lemon tiramisu that was incredible. They used their homemade lemongrass limoncello to soak the ladyfingers. Such a unique flavor and so delicious. The chef came by to greet us and treated us to a glass of limoncello on the house. We will definitely be coming back!

An quick stop by Mano Bella last night resulted in an amazing cookie experience! While we have been and love Mano Bello for meals many times, we never get dessert. Yesterday evening, while I was walking to my car, I decided to pop in to see if they had anything sweet I could take with me. The display case was full of homemade desserts but the cannoli cookie caught my eye. When I say it’s the best cookie I’ve had in ages, I’m not kidding! It was huge–lasted two meals! It was fluffy, almost cake-like, with mini chocolate chips and a balanced flavor with a very far away hint of citrus combined with a few nuts. I normally don’t like citrus and chocolate but they really balanced it well. I am going to go back anytime I’m in the area for this cookie–it’s that good!

This was our first time trying Mano Bella at their new restaurant in South Park. We enjoyed the meals. All of the flavors were well balanced whether you picked a premade pasta dish or if you made your own we really enjoyed the calamari, we try calamari at different restaurants and this is definitely in the top three the service and decor was great. I love how they have options that you can buy in their store and take home or premade options that you can keep in your fridge whenever you have a taste for Italy. Hands-down a must go!

Pasta place in South Park area. The menu options are okay and it offers self-order through QR code when sitting down at a table. The food tasted good except the pesto sauce was a bit overly salty. There is also a section of groceries (pasta, olive oils, snacks, etc). The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would consider coming back if I happen to be in this area and need some food.
