The cook had absolutely no respect lamb was chewy. Chips were UNCOOKED Half cooked soggy greasy. Roast potato were hard. I then asked for sauce the cook said don’t worry about her alo though our waiter a young man was very polite and nice also seen cook mistreating him. I also then asked for bread without any oil or seeds on there and i got brought out a bread with oil and seeds.

A jewel in Burleigh. With many little restaurants to choose from, we were glad we stumbled upon this little gem. The entire restaurant is size of a small room with kitchen, 6 bar style seats and about 5 seated tables. Menu is small but excellent – red meat is lamb shoulder and many options in sea food. The starter bread was nicely done with honey and pistachio and the lamb shoulder was tender and delicious with roasted veggies, onions and potatoes. The scallops served on shells were divine. The salad was fresh and drenched in olive oil. Well worth a visit.

This cute and cosy little restaurant is incredible, the staff was so friendly and service was top notch, atmosphere is intimate and warm. Some of the best food I’ve eaten in a very long time. Highly highly recommended, it felt very special and I’ll absolutely book a table again next time I’m in the Gold Coast. I wish the chef, owner and staff all the best because whatever you’re doing is amazing!

I was with some friends while on vacation. The atmosphere in Burleigh is the best — the music and the energy are incredible. We decided to do the “feed me” menu, and Chef Damien amazed us with his artistry. Mel, our waitress, took great care of us and made us feel right at home. I 100% recommend it.

It was a little bittersweet seeing Rabath close, but I was excited to try Manny’s Wine & Fish House in Burleigh, especially after visiting their Tallebudgera location. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement.
The atmosphere was fantastic — lively, welcoming, and a great spot to relax. Service was also top-notch, with staff who were attentive and friendly throughout the night.
Food-wise, while enjoyable, it didn’t feel entirely authentic Greek. I was hoping for traditional Greek feta in the salad, but it came with Danish feta instead. The slow-cooked lamb was flavorful but unfortunately served a bit cold, and I have to say it wasn’t quite as good as what I’ve had at Manny’s in Tallebudgera.
That said, Manny’s in Burleigh definitely has a lot of potential. With some tweaks to the menu and a bit more focus on authenticity, this place could easily become a standout. I’ll be keen to come back and see how it evolves!

When we booked this restaurant, it was originally called Rabbath which was a Lebanese restaurant which we were very much looking forward to dinning at.
To our surprise, a couple of months later when we turned up here, it had now changed to Manny’s Wine & Fish Burleigh Beach which was now a Mediterranean restaurant.
Bit of a surprise but we do love Mediterranean food just as much as Lebanese , so we thought what the heck!
Unfortunately, it was not a very enjoyable dinning experience and we called it a night after a few starters.
Looking at the menu, the dish that really jumped out at us was the octopus which when served looked stunning but ended up been like chewing rubber rather than been a soft and tender like in the Mediterranean.
We did not appreciate been confronted by the chef after we sent it back but understand his passion.
Overall, not a pleasant dinning experience.

Outstanding! What more can I say… We enjoyed a magnificent lunch, fantastic service from front of house staff and the two extremely friendly chefs. We were there for a Tuesday lunch and the atmosphere was spot on for a relaxed lunch. All the food was amazing, but the absolute highlight dish was the salmon, with the lamb very close second! The salads were also so fresh and tasty. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this restaurant to others!

Great atmosphere, great service, great food. We shared 2 mains (the chicken skewers and the mussels special of the night) and some bread. We were a little anxious about the portions but were pleasantly surprised when the food arrived and it was very generous! It tasted outstanding—on our trip to the Gold coast our standards have been high but this place took the cake. Thank you everyone at Rabbath!
