I ordered carne asata and my friend got a burger and it costed 52 dollars! And it wasnt even that good! I can never finish my fries because they always give me a large box like im a pig! Everything was soggy. Drinkes werent even cold. Took like 30 minutes. Cmon man! Where is Gordon Ramsay at?!

I waited 40 minutes for a dry funnel cake with browed bananas, squished strawberries and a PPJ burger that sat for so long while the “cook” made the funnel cake that the bread was soggy and biting into the meat was like biting into and chewing shoe leather. When I went to address these issues with the (what seemed like) 17 year old incompitent “cook”, he called the owner, downplayed his errors, and I received a “there’s nothing I can do”. So the owner pretty much told me to F off…?

The lady working the register was nice but mannys wife is a total _____ , I’m 8 months pregnant and ordered a mangonada and they put waaaaay too much chamoy, I’m telling her I almost puked because it’s excessive and I asked to trade my drink out and she refused , so I asked for a refund instead and she refused also , she has a nasty and rude attitude .0 stars . Would not recommend.

Tried this place for the first time and last time. I ordered Carne asada fries and my husband had Elote fries. First bite I took of the Carne asada it was all fat and did not taste like Carne asada meat and I’ve had Carne asada a lot. It was super fatty and tasted off. For the price you pay, you’d think you’d get better food. The fries were soggy and just blan. Paid $53 for some food we didn’t even eat. Wouldn’t really recommend this place.

So I had came to writing this because I was the head leader and Currently not working there anymore i just wanna say a few words if your looking for a job do not work here it’s a drama place on who said what and will make you lie to keep your own job , they only hire young teenagers because they will get in your head , the food is simple horrible on what they put to fool customers. Manny is very unprofessional and will argue with you even the way you stand and walk when he doesn’t even work there and just Blows your phone on why aren’t you make his money worth even if you have to go outside and force people to take samples . All the hours go to the family don’t work here !
