Staff was friendly, but service was extremely slow.
Waited over an hour to get our food served and it was barely warm.
I ordered the ribeye, which came cooked to order and the taste was lacking full flavor.
My side was the truffle tater tots. They were crunchy and very garlicky. Maybe a little too much for my liking.
For dessert, I got the salted caramel cheesecake. That was amazing! Best thing I ate during my visit.
The rest of our group also thought the flavors were just not there and the food came out barely warm.
The prices are high for the food quality.

The atmosphere is very nice with a well stocked bar and fire pit outside on the patio.
Lots of room for larger parties.

I think this is a great spot for a drink and some dessert.
I’ll be back to try more.

Parking lot can get full, but there is lots of parking.

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Manning’s!! I selected Manning’s to host the rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding and we had 45 in attendance on a Saturday evening. I worked with Jessica to plan our event and she was exceptional!! I reached out numerous times about the types of menus, food selections, drinks, room setup, number of attendees, accommodations for children, etc. and each and every time her response was prompt, clear, professional and accommodating. Jessica ensured my planning was stress free. She was also present the night of our event to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Needless to say Manning’s and their team exceeded my expectations!! I went with a fixed menu and they worked with me to adjust the selections to accommodate any dietary requirements. They also presented a variety of options for drinks and helped me to stay on budget. We arrived early to decorate and I was immediately floored to find the room setup exactly as requested. The tables and chairs are of good quality, clean, and in great condition. The room had a large mounted TV where we played a slideshow of the bride and groom. They had someone present to assist with the setup and ensure there were no technical difficulties. We were also provided a large coat rack immediately outside our room. I was also amazed to have a full team of servers taking expert care of our party. Melinda, Jess, and Ian ensured everyone was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I requested appetizers to be placed on separate tables upon arrival and my request was addressed without pause. I had 2 additional guests arrive unexpectedly and again, without pause, they were added to our party seamlessly. I went with a select drink menu and loved the variety of offerings. It met every request of my guests. Kudos to the chef!! Our meal was delicious!! Steaks were cooked perfectly. Pastas, salmon, and sides were hot and delicious. Desserts were outstanding. Everyone raved! After dinner was served the doors to our room were closed providing a private, quiet atmosphere. Overall the team at Manning’s were prepared, accommodating, professional, and exceptional! The food and drinks were outstanding! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Went to this gem of a steakhouse after work. Very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was super!
I had the crab cake as a starter.
Main dish was the boneless ribeye steak, cooked medium rare. Which was seasoned very well, and done to my liking. Cooked to perfection and deliciously juicy.
Sides were the mashed potatoes with gravy and the jalapeño creamed corn.
Thank you, Manning’s Steaks & Spirits!
Bring a date or a group.

Really really good food and the service was really nice too. Not to stiff and not to casual it’s just right.
I would recommend reservations on the weekends.
Excellent bourbon selection by the way. Scotch was a little lite.
Definitely a nice place for a special occasion.

We were seated right away and didn’t have to wait long for service. Our server was cheerful and did a pretty good job of being available, for the most part. My wife and I shared a tomahawk steak and had the signature potatoes as well. The steak temperature was spot on and it was very tasty, as were the potatoes. They have a wide selection of beer, wine, and bourbon. The only real disappointment for me is that there is no fresh bread offered up front. Maybe it’s a regional thing, but almost all the steak houses I have visited offer complimentary fresh baked bread as soon as you’re seated.

Mostly good experience for the first time. We got cold while eating our dinner, so we got some to go boxes. We were seated in a booth by the windows on the northeast side of the building.

A Hidden Gem for Steak Lovers!

Manning’s Steakhouse off Broadway is everything you want in a classic steakhouse—great food, warm service, and an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The steaks are perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. You can tell they care about quality here, from the tender cuts of meat to the thoughtful sides that round out the meal.

I highly recommend the ribeye—it came out sizzling and buttery, and the garlic mashed potatoes were the perfect pairing. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and gave great recommendations. The ambiance is cozy yet refined, great for date night, family dinners, or even a business lunch.

If you’re looking for a reliable, no-frills steakhouse that delivers big on taste and hospitality, Manning’s is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I was here on business and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and worked really well together. Joshua, the manager on duty, was fantastic, and Ben was an excellent server who took great care of me. The food was outstanding — the filet was perfectly cooked, and the lemon chiffon and blueberry pie were delicious. Highly recommend.

I have been here a few times, and wanted to wait until I experienced this restaurant a few times. My most recent experience was phenomenal as was the 2 visits prior. The first two visits were when the restaurant was new, and short comings needed ironing out. I own buisnesses, so I cut them some slack. This is my 5th time in and after 3 exceptional dinners in a row, this place tops my list. Our server Lauren was on it, and I appreciate the sincere hospitality. Highlands Ranch FINALLY has a proper steak house in the neighborhood.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)

We walked into Manning Steakhouse without a reservation and were seated fairly quickly, which we appreciated. However, the service was noticeably slow — it took about 30 minutes before our waitress came by to take our drink and food order. It felt like we were being overlooked, especially when we noticed that other tables (mostly with blonde-haired guests) seemed to be getting quicker attention. This place plays very loud music.

I tried the Coin Margarita, which was actually very good — strong and well-balanced. For my meal, I had the shrimp scampi. It had a nice limey flavor with a spicy kick, and I enjoyed it. My significant other ordered the steak gorgonzola and felt it was underwhelming — he even mentioned that Olive Garden’s version was better.

Overall, the food was decent, but the service and overall experience could definitely use improvement.
