This teriyaki is Amazing! Their food is really good!! I go here a lot (: mostly get chicken teriyaki or yakisoba. Although they have a new cashier and she didn’t put a fork in my bag ( I got food to go) so do check the bag!!! Plus I liked the atmosphere and the service with the previous cashier, she always made sure to put utensils in the bag plus she had background music playing (: so that’s why I gave 4 stars for service and atmosphere this time. Oh and I asked what happened to the other cashier, and apparently she works till 4pm Ok that makes sense now cause I usually come here before that (:

Service very friendly and attentive. I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki. I asked for mild and was way too spicy. The staff said that’s the way it is and did not offer to replace or adjust very disappointed. Chicken was a bit dry either over cooked or precooked and sitting on the side. Definitely not freshly made.
Not impressed and will find other teriyaki options

First visit since the new owners. Great food, the chicken teriyaki was fresh and it came with plenty of teriyaki sauce. The fried rice options are also tasty. The lobby seems very clean and take- out service was quick. Great spot!

I ordered to go. And got Egg flower soup and Wonton soup. Only to find out there is “Bell peppers, and lots of veggies”. The Bell peppers ruin the flavor.
I look at both soup and both are the same. The wonton soup just has wonton added, but same as the (Egg flower soup).
Where is the authenticity! Both soups should be different, not the same. Why not add yakisoba noodles and udon noddles the same. Surely no difference huh.

Extremely Poor Service and a Terrible Experience
I ordered food for my son, and unfortunately, the order was wrong for the second time in a row. When I tried to have the mistake corrected, I was shocked by the staff’s behavior: the chef and another employee were arguing loudly in front of customers, which is completely unacceptable.
I asked for the owner’s phone number to address the issue, but it was flatly refused. I waited 15 minutes while other orders were being prepared quickly, and when I asked again, I was told that my order hadn’t even been started yet and that I had to wait until all the other orders were finished, as if their repeated mistake was normal and didn’t require an apology or immediate action.
This place shows clear mismanagement, lack of respect for customers, and complete disregard for repeated mistakes. A very frustrating experience—I will not return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It’s okay… But not the same, I was sad to discover that the restaurant was under new ownership today, but had decided to keep the same name, I ordered the same as usual, my spicy chicken teriyaki in hopes it would still be the same but it was not at all, the price is $15.99, which is $3.00 more than the old cost, and the portion size is noticeably smaller. I think at least giving the courtesy of putting an under new ownership sign would be due, especially because all of the reviews on here are for the previous owners and their menu, not the new ones, so it would be giving people a false narrative and expectations for the restaurant.

Not sure what happened have been going here for years but I think I changed owners sometime last year. They use to have great Mongolian Beef but last few times I have ordered it the beef has been too tough too eat and flavor is off. Wife says the Teriyaki Chicken is still good though.
