d this location of Manna (since the Plano location had closed) and overall enjoyed our visit. Everything was consistent with their Plano location in terms of broth and veggie station. The extra plus about this location was their ramen bar. I loved the variety of their ramen selection! The cuts of meat were sliced perfectly and good quality.
The staff were overall very attentive and friendly. Much more friendly and helpful than their bbq joint next door… which made the visit so pleasant.
We will definitely be back!

Finally was able to get out of the house after the snow/ice this past weekend. Brought the girls to have dinner as I was selected as a winner to dine in for 2, but there was 3 of us. Thanks to JennKpop for the great giveaway! But Manna Shabu will always be my go to when I’m visiting Carrollton. The host/server Audrey, Suni, & Mimi are always great and welcoming. They will check up on you to make sure you are okay. Service is always top notch. The food is always well stocked and loaded. Differently recommended to anyone who has never try specially to all my out of towner that come to visit. See you next time Manna Shabu Carrollton.

This place is heaven for shabu lovers!
An incredible variety of fresh vegetables, fish cakes, meats, seafood, Korean dishes, and different types of ramen noodles — and so much more! I was truly impressed by both the quality and the wide selection of food, as well as the excellent customer service. My family and I had an unforgettable lunch here. Highly recommended!

Great quality ingredients for your hotpot! They brought in a new chef and revamped some things and now I’m a fan literally tried every single protein dish. Everything was GOOD. My personal fav are 1,2, and 5. But also try the Korean black raspberry wine. It’s a light slightly sweet red wine. Love it.
Service is also 10/10.

I love a good Hot Pot, yes I do! This hidden gem has been overlooked because it’s tucked away on the side of the building!!
The freshest cuts of meat. The most delicious broths! OMG! They had Tom Yum Base That’s one of my favorite soups so I’ll definitely will be back.
My son and I came in because my sister discovered it. I’m so glad we did. I had the Beef Base and He had the Seafood Base. Soooo many fresh choices and excellent find that I’ve NOT SEEN at other Hot Pot Restaurants. They have a Ramen wall that I’ll have to come back for as well. Everything was top tier- the food of course was and the service outstanding! We had Mimi as our server but the other staff checked on us as well.
If you love Hot Pots, or never tried one before, Make a Manna Shabu Carrollton stop a priority on your “have to try soon” list!

The food here was super tasty! They had a lot of variety of toppings to choose from. I highly recommend the spicy broths. I didn’t get to try the broth with any of the many ramen noodles but will definitely be back to do so. Atmosphere was pretty chill and the service was nice, attentive, and friendly.

We had a party of 8 at Manna Shabu in Carrollton yesterday, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Huge thanks to Sunny, Audrey, and Tokie (hope I spelled the names correctly!) for their outstanding service.
Despite our large group, the food was delivered quickly and smoothly, with great attention to timing. The meat quality was excellent—fresh, well-cut, and very satisfying. Everything was consistently good all the way through, right down to the dessert, sweet ice cream at the end.
Service, food quality, and overall experience were all spot-on. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place for groups as well!

First time here! I loved the food, the selection, though not super expansive, still, there were a lot of good options! There is only one fish option for protein, but a decent selection of fish balls and cakes for Pescatarians! The service was fantastic as well! Will be coming back!
