Worth every cent! They give you lots of food for little price, some dishes are less than €10. Chicken biryani and chicken tikka were delicious and the portion was huge. You can also buy some Samosa, its mid though.

I passed through Hamburg Central station and came across this restaurant by chance. I ordered 2 samosa for 7,5 Euroes. They were cold hence instead of warming it in microwave, the cook deepfried it again in some bad quality oil making it very oily and tasteless. Other than that ist very heavy on stomach and I am feeling sort of uncomfortable after eating it. Moreover from the price perspective it in no way deserve 7,5 Euroes.
Never again.

Wonderful!
I ordered the chicken tikka masala with the spiciest option they can give me.
And they deliver!

At first I thought they are going to go shy on their spice and spiciness, but good thing they don’t. It is conveniently located at the food court of Hamburg Hbf, so it’s not hard to find it. What’s more important is that it’s delicious!

Good and cheap Indian food right in the middle of the train station. The Naans were kinda dry, but besides, from that the food was as expected for the price.

We ordered the Rice-Dal and Rice-Channa dishes. Both the dishes tasted great, and the quantity was sufficient, unlike many restaurants which offer very less rice. However, there are 2 cons:
1. The price of the Rice-Dal was advertised as 7.9 euros, but they charged 8.5 euros and gave a reason which made no sense.
2. They stopped me from clicking photos of the place. I asked the chef and he said their owner forbids people from taking pictures. I don’t know why they are so insecure.

However, I would recommend this place for those who want to enjoy a wholesome meal. There are only 3 vegetarian options: Channa, Dal and Palak Paneer. There is sufficient seating arrangement, with each table separated from the next one via a plastic barrier (Covid restrictions). It is inside the Hauptbahnof and is easy to find due to the advertisement boards.

I was looking for Indian cuisine options at Hamburg Hauptbanhof and came across this restaurant. They had a lot of options on their menu. Chose to have a small box of Veg curry and Saffron rice. It cost 4.90 euros. It was pretty filling and tasty.

first of all the menu is not somewhere clear visible, making it tough to select. Also it seems that rice is not in the price even though it is served for sure. Tbh most Indian restaurants bring you rice for free..

Anyway, I took a chicken pakora for 10.99 and a chicken soup and I paid 17 euros… And on top of that, it took exactly 30 minutes for my food to be ready, even though everyone that came after me got their food in 5 mins.

Taste wise it was nice to be fair, but too much hassle otherwise
