We found this place by accident, and we really liked it. Only tried two items and they were both excellent.
It was a Sunday, I was able to try the soup, my wife had the Patagonia with carne mechada. I am attaching pictures.
Great service.
Looking forward to visit again.

Amazing!!! Came here for lunch, my husband and I split the 67 Doble, Arepas Aguitas de sapo, and 1 small Chicha. Large portions for these 3 and very filling!! The owner was incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations. Quality and service is fantastic, this will be a staple! The Chicha is like a thick pudding – sweet but not at all artificially. Loved it.

This place is absolutely amazing and so are the owners. Came in on a Sunday for their Sopa De Res (short rib soup). It’s so packed with flavor and the base is nice and thick. So delicious. Also of course, had to have tequenos which were also amazing and the sauce makes them even more delicious. I used the sauce on everything else, it was so yummy. They also have fresh pastries that the owner makes daily. They are usually the ones here and are so sweet. The Swiss roll was so sweet and delicious. High recommend, can’t rave about this place enough and their a small business which makes them even more worth supporting.

This was a delicious surprise!!! We had 2 huge meals of authentic Venezuelan dishes, catacombs & cachapas, that were spectacular!!! Paul David and his wife are super friendly and make you feel right home like you are eating with family & friends…. I highly recommend this restaurant to eat in order take out. Btw… the bakery was a great takeaway for dessert! Just wonderful!

I was a regular customer of this place. I always ordered takeout and never had any issues. Recently, I went to buy food and was told that guasacaca to go now costs an additional $2.
I was completely shocked.

I loved their bread and their empanadas, but over guasacaca they lost a customer. I am never going back.
How much can it really cost to make guasacaca? How many ounces come out of one batch to justify charging $2? Just to clarify: it was not that I was asking for extra guasacaca. They clearly explained to me that guasacaca is now sold separately and costs $2 for two ounces or however many oz I think they said 8-9 oz for $9 . That is daylight robbery and a complete exaggeration.
Does each small portion even include half an avocado? It is completely disproportionate.
I will never buy from them again. They lost loyal customers.
Bye bye Manjar Shop.

I recently dined at MANJAR SHOP, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread. The ambiance was cozy and has a family owned experience that was very welcoming.
I started with a few empanadas, which were loaded with flavor and just really hit the spot! For the main course, we sampled a few different selections from the menu. All were delicious and bursting with impeccable flavor of authentic Venezuelan cuisine. The service was impeccable. We will definitely come back to sample the rest of menu!

The food was absolutely fantastic! It was our first time having Argentinian food and they very patiently explained the dishes and made recommendations. We had an arepa with shredded beef and a cornmeal pancake with cheeses and shredded beef. Both dishes were delicious!! We chose to share a sweet roll for dessert that was heavenly. They have a wonderful selection of house made breads and pastries that were mouth-watering but we were so full we only took home some red velvet cookies for the future.
