I’ve always enjoyed eating at Manila Sunrise for many years. The staff is always smiling and accommodating. The only thing that I’d like for the restaurant to change is the way you introduced your pricing. I would suggest to just be upfront of “all” or total charge per item or combo. Please remove additional .99 cents here and there. If the one item is $ 9.00 then let it be that and do NOT confuse your customer on additional $1 here and there. It should not matter if it is meat or veggies. Just charge what you want to charge so when they get to the cashier, it’ll be an easier payment(s.) It will eliminate congestions at the cashier and less stress for everyone.
I hope this matter gets resolved ASAP. A precise and simple advertising is the way for any business specially when it comes to pricing. Thank you and I hope this will help your business, employees and customer to have a smooth payment experience without question. ☺️

Food is inexpensive here compared to other Filipino turo-turo. A three item combo with two meat selection is around $16. They have a loyalty card. When coming here make sure you pay cash. Palabok is their specialty here.

Very good “Lumpiang Shanghai” & it does’nt have the usual old cooking oil taste. the “pancit Malabon/palabok” was very good as well. cashier’s customer service – 2 thumbs up.

Food is really, really good – reminds you of authentic home-cooked food. It’s also very affordable and the 2-item combo meal servings are more than enough for a single person.

A Taste of Home at Manila Sunrise in Carson
If you’re craving authentic Filipino comfort food, Manila Sunrise in Carson is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality that truly reflects the Filipino spirit. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions that make you feel like you’re dining at home.
Their lechon kawali is a standout — perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, full of rich flavor. The palabok is also the best! And a must-try, with its savory sauce, balanced seasoning, and delicious toppings that capture the true taste of Filipino cuisine.
Whether you’re Filipino or just exploring the cuisine, Manila Sunrise delivers a satisfying and delicious experience every time. Definitely one of the best spots for Filipino food in the South Bay area!

Food is delicious. As a Filipino myself, this just bursts with flavor. Definitely recommend. May seem like a hole in a wall but I definitely will eat here again.

I was here to buy my lunch. I ordered 1 small lechon kawali. The lady gave me 8 small pieces, 3 fats and the 5small with meat. They charge me $7.99. The man before me ordered 3items and 1meal was lechon kawali. They gave him a lot of lechon. I ordered 2 combo and 1 small side of Lechon. I paid more than the man and they gave me less food. This is wrong! It should be equal not choosing who you will like to give more food.
