Some friends and I have noticed the sign for a while, and have always been curious. We had an open afternoon so we made a 2hr drive down to check it out.
I’m so glad we finally did, we have absolutely no regrets!
The service was top notch, the food also fantastic.
The menu really works well altogether, and the flavors were a big hit.
I would highly recommend the Italian meatballs, the red gravy was easily my favorite, you can tell they’re born from a widely desired family recipe. My friend tried the beans, at a DD recommendation, trust the recommendations.
The shells and cheese, cucumber salad, and deviled eggs were all fantastic sides.
Definitely treat yourself to a lingonberry lemonade, and an Oreo ball to top off the perfect meal.
The quality and portions of the food are fantastic. I absolutely got more than my money’s worth. Manic Meatballs shines bright as a quick and delicious option over fast food.
This is the stick to your ribs type of meal that will keep you full and satisfied for hours.

Our first time here! The food was delicious, It was clean and the service was so fast and friendly.
I’m not sure that I would get that impossible meatballs again, they were just mediocre, but I was glad to have the option.
The french fries are interesting, they are flat and wide, and oh so tasty!! The green beans were perfectly cooked. I really like the way that they did their mac and cheese mixing the cheese sauce into the noodles. My husband got the chicken apple meatballs and he really liked them but said that he’d like to try something different next time. My son got the regular meatballs and said that they were good.

I’ve been dying to come here for so long and finally made it in today!! The food was so good, and great portion sizes too! I will definitely be back, the owner was so friendly and accommodating. She let us try the new Greek meatball special and it was so good! Absolutely no complaints I’m excited to eat my leftovers for dinner lol

I’ve been driving by manic meatballs between Portland and Seattle for several years. I finally had a chance to stop and enjoy this incredible meatball experience for myself! I had the large meatball platter with the egg noodles and the fries, a couple deviled eggs and the Lingonberry lemonade. Manic sauce was solid and they even got hot sauce. If you like it spicy! Everything was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. This place is inside of an old bank and has a real vault door and is a darned by cute little duckies everywhere and some awesome little music knickknacks along the walls. Carrie and her team were so enthused and proud of her business, pretty amazing to see! Highly encourage you to stop the next time you’re on the I-5 near JBLM for a unique culinary experience!

You pick a base, which is rice, comma or mashed potatoes (my choice)
You pick meatball type: Manic, apple chicken, italian, (and I guess there’s another one that are bacon wrapped that are in the back) i went with all three that I was offered.
With the large twelve meatball you get to pick two sides. ( I chose the cucumber salad.That was completely fire and the mac and cheese that was great)
Also got a coconut chocolate… thing for $2.50 that was excellent.

The bill total ran around $25 bucks a person but that really gets each person, two meals and one dessert.

What a great place for home style grub! They have Swedish, chicken, and Impossible meatballs that can be paired with a number of sauces and base options like mashed potatoes, egg noodles, and rice. The sides are amazing! The staff is quieter, but friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. If you want a different type of dining experience, swing by and enjoy!

What a great find!!! Just happened to noticed it off the freeway! Wonderful, friendly staff and excellent meatballs!!! I got 2 of each over the mashed potatoes! the green beans are crunchy, fresh and delicious! The cucumber salad is fabulous!!! Went back up and ordered the coleslaw ( made with red cabbage and horseradish) WONDERFUL!!! Don’t leave without trying the coconut balls! To die for!!! GREAT place!!! I highly recommend!!! Enjoy!!!

Meatballs I dont have to make myself? Umm Yeah. I love the options. Baked beans are my favorite side so far. Applesauce was delicious, especially as its hot. Not sure how long the buffalo sauce will be a part of the menu, but was well worth it with the sour cream drizzle.

Disappointed about the service I ordered the viking Meal I asked them if they can do half mashed potatoes and half rice and I told them I would like all rice instead of half-Half rice and half mashed potatoes I also . Had to wait for 20 minutes for the Swedish meatballs to get made then they ended up giving me half rice half mashed potatoes when I ordered all rice they said I would have to wait another six minutes for the rice which I did and then they came up to me and said there’ll be another 12 minutes so they had the rice and mashed potatoes sitting there dished out on the counter getting cold for 20 minutes why I was waiting for the all rice. The Swedish meatballs is not the traditional Swedish meatballs. they should’ve made sure they had Rice being made when they were making the Swedish meatballs so The service sucked. I didn’t get what I wanted because they did not have enough on hand. otherwise, the food was decent

I’ve seen many tiktoks of this place and was super excited to try it out. When we arrived we were the only customers. Both cashiers were extremely unfriendly, one even had an ear bud in. I don’t think either staff smiled once while we were there. Only one other patron came in while we were there. The staff seemed to treat him with attitude as well. It felt like we were a burden for coming in and ordering food at a restaurant. My boyfriend didn’t end up ordering all he wanted because after they completed his manic meal they took the food to the register and gave us a total, didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else, they did ask about drinks but at that point we just wanted to leave. We felt unwelcome. Also the fries were just sitting in a bowl on the counter, they were oily, slimy and inedible. We only have a 15 minute drive, those fries looked bad when they were put in the to-go container so it wasn’t the drive that made this meal bad. We were originally disappointed with the service but the food was equally as disappointing.
