We recently ordered catering from Manhattan NY Deli and Bagels and everything was absolutely fantastic!

The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and packed generously—exactly what you want from a classic New York–style deli. The quality of the ingredients really stood out, especially the perfectly grilled bread, savory meats, and tangy sauerkraut. Everything was neatly packed with care, and the portions were more than satisfying. Our whole group loved it, and we’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

This has had to be the most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered with this place.
1st I called to inquire about a sandwich, the person on the phone tried to redirect me to another sandwich not even close to what I was asking, then proceeded to hang up on me.
I ended up placing a staff order for my office, but instantly became upset that I even ordered from this place. I ordered a custom sandwich. Pastrami American cheese with added bacon. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes, then I was told oh they put the cheese but it has melted. (There’s no cheese on this dry sandwich) I was then placed on hold again.
This person on the counter this day lacks empathy for people patronage the business and trying to bring new business. Sadly as a New Yorker I wouldn’t recommend this place or its service to anybody.
Until now no solution has been issued, how do you have NY on your title but don’t hold the standard. If you messed up own it. Don’t blindly believe your staff, as the manager it’s known that things happen. But to question the customer about their order is ridiculous, her answer was to have me send her a picture of my now wasted sandwich.
And still no solution after the pictures were sent.
Customer service get a 0
Food gets a 0
Management gets a 0

First time visit to this establishment. I ordered an Everything Bagel and coffee. Counter service was good and timely. I found the dining room very dimly lit with no music playing.

Everything they serve is fantastic, haven’t had an item I don’t like. I enjoy trying different bagel spots and MANHATTAN BAGEL gets an A+ for their bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They do have a fun food and drink menu (breakfast and lunch) us their staff is friendly and food doesn’t take too long to come out fresh. Place is always clean and parking is easy.
If you’re looking for bagels or bagels sandwiches, this is definitely a must try.

Sadly disappointed and maybe it was just the batch this morning but the jalapeño cheddar bagel was very bland. I haven’t had a bagel this disappointing in a very long time.

Stopped by last Saturday am bc it was on the way to where we were headed. Was hoping for authentic NY bagels. We got 2 sausage, egg, cheese bagels thinking on a Saturday everything would be hot and fresh. The bagels were chewy, the sausage didn’t taste great and seemed to be left over. I’m pretty sure it was nuked in the microwave but needless to say we won’t be back, it’s not worth it. The employees weren’t friendly, and there’s nowhere to wait for your Togo order as you’re either in the line, at the door, or in front of the drink case, we had to move 3 different times while waiting for our 2 bagels. With so many other bfast options around, I’d say you’re better off trying somewhere else.

This place is in my neighborhood and good place to grab quick breakfast. However, this I noticed expired chobani yogurt at several visits and notified them. It would be good if they consider more frequent quality checks of expiration dates of their items.

I’ve been coming to Manhattan off and on for a few years. It’s one of about three spots I will visit for a bagel. Typically, the food is made to order and I get what I pay for. On occasion it may take some extra time for the food to come out, especially if it’s lunchtime on a Saturday. They have a vast menu that includes omelettes, bagels, and sandwiches. My go-to is a BEC on an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese on the side. It’s not groundbreaking by any means, but it’s worth a visit.

Owner of the print shop I work at by just lunch once a month when we meet our numbers. We decided to try this place out for the first time. It smelled absolutely wonderful when I walked in. Our order was ready when promised for pickup. I was a little disappointed because they left one of the side items that we paid for out of the bag. Didn’t want to have to drive back 20 minutes to get it. Seems to be a lot of that sort of carelessness amongst places providing take out these days. The food was pretty good, but I took a star off for service because of that missing side item.
