Manhattan Bread & Bagel opened in 1993 by Michael Keegan and Lynn Olson. The bakery has served over 5 million customers as we near our 3rd decade of existence. Michael still oversees all production and customer relations. The bakery has retained many of its original personnel with many having over 20 years at the bakery. The bakery is very involved in the community. It works with all the local schools and charitable organizations. We hope to remain the “go to” for bagels, breads and sandwiches for decades to come. Please stop in for a nosh.

Got a whitefish on a bialy… Was like so so small. I’m only comparing because I go to Sam’s on Montana and it like 3 times as big.
At that price it’s got to seem like a decent value. Again. I love these guys but the portions can be anemic
Manger get your portions bigger. Be consistent.
Let’s try again
,
Arrived around 9:45 am, and there was no line. 10 minutes later, it was out the door the entire time we dined in.
The cashier could see the “deer in the headlights” look I had and helped with my choice. He saved me about $5 by recommending the bagel with egg and cheese and the option to add your own protein. Excellent choice!
My wife was hungrier so she ordered the chicken salad sandwich lunch plate (comes with a side of pasta salad and tomato slices).
Both were very good.
Open seating inside and outside on the front patio. Free refills on fountain drinks and a single co-ed bathroom.
Definitely worked for us.
Hope you can find your favorite choice and time the line correctly and…enjoy!!!
Ordered “egg on a bagel” off the picture. Clearly they used deceptive practices to make you think you were getting something you weren’t.
Other then this they are actually a good restaurant, this is more of a request of the owner to be honest with customers!
Very high quality ingredients, incredibly reasonable prices for both the bagel sandwiches and coffee, freshly made bread with no crap additives, and awesome service! A bagel sandwich for less than $10 on the west side is almost unheard of, but they do it here. And it’s really really good!! And the coffee is less than $3 too!! I’m happy to keep supporting them over and over. Get the egg on a bagel on the works 😉
Perfect for a quick meal but add extra time – sometimes orders take awhile.
