I feel like this is the subway sandwich of bagels. You’ll get what you’re looking for at far less quality. The most disappointing part of what I ordered was the lox. It looks and tastes like it was scooped into my bagel.

Been here twice sandwich was good first time but this time I got 2 slices of pork roll? Come on even Kovacs gives you more then that, I work outside all day so I was expecting a nice chocolate milk because I heard great things but they were out , stocking best selling items is a no Brainer, most of the drinks in the fridge were hot and I figured iced coffee would be my salvation but the coffee was warm there was no ice and the milk and creamer was out , also sorry but foul language was heard from behind the counter I think you just need some employees who care about your business image

It used to be good when the owner was around. Now they have bad customer service. Also, why would you sell half a dozen bagels and not give plastic knives for the spread when asked. Not even, I am sorry we don’t have them right now. She just said “NO”. Bummer, I hope that the owner comes back

Never again! Ordered a smokehouse brisket bagel sandwich. VERY skimpy on the meat. I understand inflation but c’mon! $10 sandwich. The manager got the owner who refunded my money and told me to ask next time ‘how much meat do you put on your sandwich’. Very rude. There won’t be a next time

Ok. I am not sure why people go here. Media has a fabulous bagle place, small 30 y r ar old place near by. Clearly a lot of people like this chain it’s busy and been here quite a few years too. But the food is nefiocre.

Don’t believe what the menu says. He stores the bagels in the freezer for days before selling them as “fresh bagels”. And this RIP off is almost double the price of all other Manhattan bagels after he adds in his extra costs.

The quality of the bagels were not great this time around. Hope it’s just a blip on the screen. The choice was poor and the bagels weren’t fresh. I like this shop and owner. Hope he can train his folks to present a better product.
