Disappointed in how my time at the register was handled. Paid for 2 bagels. Used credit card. Worker behind the counter WALKED OFF before I was even finished dealing with paying. Had to reach over to get my own dang receipt.
Not only that, disappointed to see this is the ONLY Manhattan Bagel who does not work to stop food waste on To Good To Go app. Every other one in a 5 mile radius is part of the app.
Ever since the workers and mgmt changed it has been going downhill.

Maybe instead of replying to reviews saying you drive for a seamless experience and trying to get people to take down bad reviews, you guys should take a look within the business for these problems and fixing them rather than saying you will and still doing absolutely nothing. You’re confused why you’ve had a steady decline in business but every single person that comes into that store has a problem no matter the day or time. Clearly YOU ARE THE PROBLEM

Giving a 3. Staff is friendly and they work fast. However, the pricing is way off. Barely any meat in wraps for almost $7. Same price for sandwiches and they are super small and barely any meat. It’s mostly egg and bread.

The workers don’t know how to listen to the order you tell them and get it wrong every time why did I order a sausage and cheese toasted dark NO EGG because I’m allergic like I specifically told them, my bagel was NOT toasted at all and they gave me double egg and refused to give me a refund or remake my sandwich “because we close soon” that is absolutely disgusting how do you expect to keep customers coming if everyone hates your store

Place has gone downhill in last year!! 2 small pieces of pork roll on a pork roll and cheese on bagel! For almost $5 a sandwich I would like to taste the pork roll. It has just progressive gotten worse here and will now take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a pork roll egg and cheese and this is what I ended up getting!! For almost $5 for a breakfast sandwich, you could atleast put some egg on there!! That’s the most inexpensive part of the sandwich!! The bagel was so hard I could barely bite into it. No more ordering from here at work and will be sure I tell everyone at work the same!!
