What i wanted they didn’t have the French toast part so it was subbed for a croissant cool. The sandwich was so so so so so good omg. The customer service was a lil spicy for me. Not toward me but a man was upset he had to wait there guy was so rude to him then any one who came to pick up he would tell them THANK YOU FOR CALLING IN YOUR ORDER. It was unnecessary. Then told the guy he should a called it in. The customer was like I was driving by. It made the atmosphere nasty because I walked in myself and I waited over 40 minutes. But I would go again for that sandwich lol it was a French something with syrup with both bacon and sausage … just get it.

stopped getting hashbrowns bc for some reason they put them in a plastic sleeve which makes them instantly soggy..
Ok fine, I’ll get a bagel since we live so close by.. bagel is cold, not toasted.. not prepared the way I asked for. The guy says ‘hey next time call ahead and we’ll get that ready for ya”. Ok, no problem I’m thinking.
Try this place again today.. called ahead, waited 15 minutes. ..once again bagel not toasted, cold as a corpse.
I give up with this place, can easily make it better at home.

Great everything.. Except the refusal to “Toast the bagel.” Don’t ask me why, but that’s just the policy here. If you really wanted your breakfast sandwich toasted, you are better off heading to another location.

I’m new to the area. And I decided to try this place today. I was happy until it was time to make. My sandwich marilee scrape, the brisket from the bottom of the bowl that was left from previous to try to make my sandwich and I ask for them to use fresh from a different bowl and when they did. Marilee gave me the size of a dime to put on my sandwich. It was a waste my money and wasting my time and I will never go back. And would definitely not send any of my friends or relatives there.What are awful experiences

I thought I’d give them a try this morning before work. I got to work in Jersey then opened my sandwich to nothing but hopes dreams and disappointment. I ordered a Turkey bacon egg and cheese and got 2 boney slices of Turkey bacon. The price would be fine if they gave you your moneys worth. I’m very disappointed.

Service was friendly. A bit pricey. Had to ask for extra chicken salad because not enough for price. They did not charge for it. Check your food before leaving. I happened to dine in.

This was our first time at manhattan bagel for breakfast. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. They took our order with ease and told us that we could call ahead for faster service. The facility looked a clean and well kept. Mr. J had very good customer service. And I could tell he appreciated the regular customers that were coming in. My son got the farmhouse bagel sandwich, which he said was very good and I got the bacon and spinach croissant and that was very good as well. I got my daughter a hash brown because I don’t think that she could handle a big sandwich and she said that was good as well. Overall, everything was great and we will be back to try other things on the menu.
