Very Disappointed. Very much a waste of my money. I will never order from here again. Trash food. I placed an order for a Croissant Classic Breakfast with Turkey bacon. This croissant came with more cheese, partially melted than an egg (1 egg might I add). The cheese looked like it was stale as is. One slice of turkey bacon that was sliced in 4 and was overcooked. Scam of a breakfast. I do not recommend it!

I am very disappointed with the service of this location of Manhattan Bagel. I called to inquire about a wrong order that was placed and the person taking the calls was completely unhelpful and hung up the phone as I was trying to figure out the situation with the order. Although I’ve gotten food from here before, it will be my last. I am very unsatisfied to say the least.

Happened to see this little shop as we were going through town and headed back to NC! So glad we stopped. The family was so kind and expressed they just bought it last year. As a small Coffee Shop owner that also acquired an already established business, it is so hard the first year to adjust and figure things out. So please give them grace and patience.
Now to the really good stuff. I ordered the classic egg, cheese, and meat (I chose ham) sandwich on an everything bagel. SCRUMPTIOUS! It is pictured below. We also got a half a dozen different bagels to nibble and try, yum!!! We got a smoothie, cold brew, cream cheese tubs to go, and bagel dog treats. Everything was good and we were very happy! Oh and my daughter got her own everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and she said it was yummy, she’s a tough critic since we have our own shop.
All of this was just under $50. That is not bad. Also, I saw someone comment $3.50 was too much for a toasted bagel and cream cheese. I charge $2.50-$3.00 and mine are not made in-house, so their price is on point, if not under priced for being housemade!!!
Kudos to you all on a good breakfast, drinks, and friendly customer service. Wishing you all the best on this business adventure!

They hand out the flimsiest cup carriers that can’t even hold a drink without collapsing. My drinks have spilled multiple times, and they refuse to replace them. The staff are rude, dismissive, and completely clueless about customer service. Total overpriced disaster of a place.

For a chain, I’m always impressed by this place and today was no exception! Usually go to the one in Chalfont, but today I wanted to grab something for breakfast so I got a burrito and some bagels delivered. Delicious! A little pricey, but what isn’t these days. The quality was definitely worth it to me.

Bagels and cream cheese are not fresh. Ordered a plain bagel with scallion cream cheese and the scallions were brown!!! Never have I ever received such an old Cream cheese. If they’re not ashamed of serving this imagine what other things they serve. Go to bagel shack down the road instead. They’re bagels are always fresh!

My son recently got into bagels, this is what we got in our order today ❤️ they even cut it into fours for him! Needless to say he really enjoys the bagel and I really enjoy the coffee lol. Thank you to the kind staff who made us smile today

Not too many of these around and this place has been here a long time. Like over a decade and still in business. Building and sign shows the years of wear. Small area to sit inside to eat with a couple of tables. Never seems busy for a wait as service was good. Enjoyed the hot breakfast sandwiches and the coffee was not bad.

Friendly customer service, clean. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted. You can’t mess that up. The bagel was good. The price is ridiculous. $3.50? This not New York fam, regardless of the name. To make it even worst,the bagel was small. Nahhhh B, unacceptable. I can only imagine the bacon, egg, & cheese with salt, pepper & ketchup is $6 plus. Over priced and overrated.
