!!FALSE ADVERTISING!! It said on a board outside the store that if you JOINED rewards you got a free bagel and cream cheese well no apparently you have to check in 7 times before u get it which is not what it said on the board outside. The service is okay at best, but my order is repeatedly messed up. Why would you have someone that doesn’t have a complete grasp of English at the order station? I’m happy to see the diversity, but please make sure that the person taking orders can understand them… why would anyone put vegetable cream cheese on super cinnamon bagels?!?

Always good for a PEC sandwich on a Saturday morning. Bagels are always good and consistent with a decent variety. The lunch menu is meh – needs improvement. The staff is always friendly and they keep the tables clean. My only suggestion would be to lower the volume of the TV…it’s a bit overbearing if you are sitting near it.
