After I placed my order today, I was trying to speak to the cook about my order (an older Spanish speaking woman didn’t get her name brushed me off and was refusing to understand what I was asking for. Thankfully, Karelis stepped in and handled the situation with patience and great customer service. She listened, understood exactly what I meant, and made sure my order was right. Because of her, I didn’t walk away with a bad experience today — she truly went above and beyond. While I most likely will not come back here. I wanted to honor Karelia great customer service.

Food is good whoever is cooking is cooking but service quality is bad. The crew seems to be very busy with orders but that doesn’t justify rushed service. The small things matter in a customer’s day. The cashier seems to have a bad attitude as she is multi-tasking and rushing customers to order while making faces. The treatment doesn’t make me want to come back here and I feel better off going to a happier place.

Great Location, easy access and plenty of parking. The place inside is very clean, the bathrooms also very clean. This is the first time I eat there and I can tell you that I will for sure stop by again on my way to my orthopedic appointment next month. The staff was friendly, service was fast and most importantly the food was so so fresh. I got an all grain bagel with egg white turkey and avocado and I promise this is the best I ever tried yet. I definitely recommend this place beyond 5 stars ⭐️

The signage in the store had us waiting to order in the wrong spot for a couple minutes. The french toast sandwich bread was warm despite asking for it to be heated. It didn’t taste bad. Maybe I would get it again if it was warmer.

I placed a mobile order this morning. When I arrived, the shop wasn’t busy, and the staff member on shift was tidying up rather than preparing orders, I assume because there were not much orders yet. Although my order had not been made yet completely. She asked what I was there for, and I told her I was picking up a mobile order. She mentioned the first part of my order, while looking at the screen of orders, and I confirmed that it was mine.
I then had to remind her that there was also a drink included. After checking the receipt, she said she would make it. While she was preparing the drink, I checked the food because something didn’t seem right, and I realized it was not my correct order. It was a similar item, but it was made with the wrong ingredients—ingredients I do not eat due to dietary restrictions. A main ingredient at that.
When I brought this to her attention, she responded by saying, “Well, that’s what you said,” referring to the order name. I explained that yes, it was technically my order, but it was made with the wrong ingredients. She then said she would remake it but repeated that it was what I had said when she asked me earlier. That comment felt unnecessary and made the interaction uncomfortable, especially since the receipt clearly showed my order and the shop was not busy.
The situation took extra time and caused me to run late, even though the order was supposed to be ready within a couple of minutes. I’m understanding that mornings can be busy, but given the circumstances, the service and communication could have been handled better. Especially if in that moment she was just tidying up. I came in this morning and it was very clean and calm in the store. I did have an issue getting my iced coffee, but they quickly allowed me to get something else which I was very thankful for the girl cashier that was taking my order was very nice and respectful. Her name started with K. I love this Manhattan bagel and plan to come back more often

Ordered broadway boxes with 1 week advance notice. Boxes weren’t ready so I had to wait. The staff at the nursing home was thrilled with the selection. So I guess this is a mixed review. The person who put the boxes together saved your review.

The food here is very good. It is annoying however that the closing time is 3 PM, and if you come in at 2 PM, all three workers that usually manage the counter are actively sweeping, wiping down and mopping the place. I experienced this twice so far as a customer here. There were five people including myself waiting on line, but the workers were so involved with cleaning that we had to wait very long before they could get around to taking our order. I was at the front of the five-person line today, and I got nervous when I saw the woman who normally works the grill, wringing out the mop manually to get the rest of the water out from what the yellow bucket wringing tool left behind, that I opted to leave and go some place else. It is also unappetizing to be smelling a mix of detergent and dirty mop water while trying to order and/or eat your lunch. I would recommend setting the cleaning start time to the closing time listed in the store hours, and not an entire hour before. It is a very uninviting experience for guests. I still left four stars due to the food quality, but customers should not be punished for wanting to come to the store for their lunch at 2 PM when the closing time is 3 PM.
