The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was fantastic! I had the pulled pork mac and cheese with french fries, and I couldn’t believe how good both the fries and sandwich were.

Great food on our first visit. We had the beans, cauliflower, and fries from the apps and the shrimp rice bowl. The flavors were exciting and varied. Nice balance of sweet and spicy and visually pleasing. Tried very hard to not over eat here and did not succeed. Service was friendly and endearing drawing us in to feel like we were regulars.

I have eaten there numerous times and wonder if the people posting the bad reviews just don’t want him to succeed. My experiences have always been 5 stars. The food is so good, the service is friendly and attentive. The owner is friendly and actually has given me a tour of the kitchen and food storage units. Having been in the restaurant business myself I thought everything was clean and labeled appropriately. All food was stored correctly. A busy restaurant kitchen can look a little messy during the busy times. I spent some time watching him prepare food and everything was done to standards. Very safe place to eat.
Everyone should try this gem. The food is not your typical Wisconsin bar food , so if cheap greasy food is what you like this place might not be for you. But if you like exciting new dishes made with fresh ingredients I highly recommend it.
The few bad reviews must have alternative motives which is sad. But when I see that over 95% of reviews are positive I think that is awesome. The people of that town should be proud that they have a restaurant that will bring people from other towns to eat in Osceola and visit the other businesses. Good luck Mangoes and christian. I will be back and bring lots of friends with me.

I was visiting family in the area from out of state. They raved about the new restaurant and wanted me to experience it too. Right away I liked the vibe of the place; an unpretentious yet upscale bistro-like atmosphere with a surprising amount of space for tables without being all crammed together. I was impressed by the informative and personal attention we received by the owner and staff, not at all not hovering or over the top! The menu was so intriguing; the options were not just your basic run-of-the-mill burger & fries (yawn!) but instead a myriad of titillating appetizers and entries to choose from. Making my selection was more difficult than imagined as there were so many options that appealed to me. The result? The food was artfully plated and portions were large, brimming with the freshest ingredients. Every item served was simply awesome; hitting a home run on each and every element that make food (meals) appealing – VARIETY! A variety of colors (among the ingredients for each menu item), textures (what can be seen with the eye & felt with the the tongue), size & shapes (comprised from the variety of ingredients and each menu item), temperature (hot foods served piping hot, paired with cold foods for added interest) and, of course, flavor (enjoyable and delicious)! I can honestly say my experience at Mangos was an outstanding one – on every level! Even the price point was very reasonable. Without a doubt, I am anxious to return to this new/refreshing restaurant to enjoy the entire dining experience all over again the next time I’m in the area. Mangos, in my opinion, is a rare gem among the ordinary eateries for miles around!

Really great place with really amazing food! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. We could hardly believe how quickly the food came out, too. Excellent service and a great staff! Love having a place like this in a small town. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our lunch here. We had the lobster mac ‘n cheese sandwich with the fries. The sandwiches were delicious but very rich (cheese + lobster + butter + carbs = all kinds of delicious). We did not care for the fries (too much oil), but that’s personal preference. The seating and ambience were relaxing and fun. The service was slow because there was only one person waiting on everyone, but she did a phenomenal job considering the huge task. We would definitely recommend this as a local place! And keep in mind what a crazy busy day at work is like if you find yourself waiting.

Amazing food!!! My boyfriend and I used to live in NYC and had thousands of restaurants to choose from. We’ve been missing other cuisines than just bar food. The food here was outstanding. The crab cake sandwich was the best crab cake sandwich i’ve ever had. My boyfriend had the lobster Mac n cheese sandwich and he said it was the best sandwich he’s ever had! We also had the sweet chili cauliflower and Cuban chicken rice bowl so we would have leftovers. Both were delicious!

Truffle fries were great. Shrimp po boy was fantastic. Fried cheesecake was delectable. Lots of flavor in each dish. My only regret is that we couldn’t try more. Ambience was very nice.
