Mango House Café is a spacious and welcoming spot with a great lineup of Vietnamese lattes. I especially loved the sesame latte that was rich with nutty flavor, while the taro was refreshing and rich. The staff were super friendly and thoughtful. A cozy place to enjoy unique coffee drinks and get some work done.

I had a wonderful cup of coffee in this charming and colorful cafe. It manages to give the feeling of being in a lovely backyard garden. The owner talked to us about the shop and her decorating, and she was very kind and charming. There’s a lot of places selling coffee, but few with coffee as completely delicious and satisfying as Mango House Cafe. Give it a try. You’ll thank me.

Cloud smoothie was aesthetically pleasing and the taste suited its visuals (yogurt smoothie with sour flavors). It is not listed on the menu board but if you ask for it they do have this. It was on the ordering tablet’s menu though difficult to find it. The staff helped me locate it and apologized for the inconvenience. I felt that they are attentive to the customer experience and I am grateful. My friend had a purple latte with strawberry and she liked it. Nice baked goods and Asian snacks to eat with. If you are in Arlington Heights it’d be fun to check out their second location there of the same name. 🙂

Mango House Cafe is a cute little family run cafe. The owners are so sweet. The drinks are quite sweet, too. Since we came in late, we avoided trying the caffeine. Instead, I got the Strawberry Purple Latte with Whole Milk (soy and oat milk are your other choices). It tastes as if a strawberry milkshake and a taro smoothie made a baby. This is not a boba place, so don’t come here looking for that. Next time we visit, I will be interested to try one of the eponymous mango smoothies, or else perhaps one of the coffee drinks.
The inside of the cafe is tastefully decorated with green accents and foliage. The music playing overhead was chilled out and jazzy, giving the space a sophisticated and cozy vibe.
Right now, the storefront is a bit discreet and easy to miss, but they say a new sign is on the way. Meanwhile, you can find Mango House Cafe alongside Giuseppe’s and Bangkok Belly. Please come and support this adorable small business!

Place is absolutely beautiful and the drinks are delicious. I had the Viet. Taro iced coffee. A good balance of sweetness and creaminess, plus it still tastes like coffee. It was so good.
The following day I got coconut smoothie and Thai tea iced coffee. It absolutely delicious. My new favorite café shop.

Given their name, I wanted to try a drink with mango in it so I ordered the mango matcha latte with whole milk – this has become my new favorite drink! I loved the pieces of mango you could taste in each sip! My husband ordered the strawberry smoothie and he inhaled it in a matter of minutes because of how fresh it tastes. And the mochi waffle with red beans and almond pieces? It was delicious! A unique dessert option and definitely something l’ll have to get the next time. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, definitely makes you feel like you’re a valued customer For those of you who go to cafes for the vibe (like me), you’re sure to enjoy this place. It feels like you walked into HomeGoods (with a more consistent theme of course) and it makes for some cute ops!

I ordered Viet Coffee with Taro, hot chocolate, cookies and they gave me a mango matcha on the house to try! Really appreciate it! We have been looking for a cafe with Asian flavors in our area and I’m so happy this place opened. Professional and really nice workers & the environment is so cozy! 10/10 recommended

Refreshing drinks, excellent service, and a calming ambiance with spa music in the background. The story behind Mango House also touched us deeply. Highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for a cute cafe in Des Plaines for a while, and the search is finally over! The modern aesthetic of this cafe is much craved in the area. Not only is the vibe welcoming, but the co-owner we met is incredibly friendly! As for the drinks, I personally prefer mine to be ‘not too sweet,’ and the drinks we tried today were perfectly flavorful without overwhelming sweetness. I always expect mango flavor or mango puree to taste like sugary syrup but was pleasantly surprised at how fresh it tasted with the matcha. I’ll be back to try the other fun and pretty drinks, but I have a feeling my go-to will be the Viet coffee with black sesame because it was so delicious!
