⭐ ZERO STARS if I could. Absolutely unacceptable service.
Order #1018, placed 1/2/26 at 6:33 PM through Uber Eats.
The employee working tonight, Taira, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless. From the start, she had a nasty attitude and immediately tried to blame the Uber Eats driver, claiming he spilled everything and didn’t have an Uber bag — which was completely false. He did have an Uber Eats bag, and he even asked her to please remake the drinks because they were clearly packed improperly.
All of the drinks and smoothies were spilled because they were not sealed, not secured, and stacked incorrectly. Any place that serves drinks for delivery knows they must be tightly sealed and properly bagged. She didn’t even bother to put the order in a bag.
On top of that, my husband’s order was wrong — $15 for a burger that was supposed to come with fries, and the fries were missing entirely. So we received:
• Spilled drinks
• No bag
• Missing food
• Zero accountability
When asked to remake the drinks, she refused and said she couldn’t because of “inventory” and that she’d have to pay for it herself. That is not the customer’s problem, especially when the mistake was clearly hers. She then told the driver the drinks could only be remade if he waited 30 more minutes, which is ridiculous.
This was a complete waste of time and money. I was a regular customer, but after this experience, I will never order from here again. Management seriously needs to address how deliveries are packed and how customers (and delivery drivers) are treated. This level of service is unacceptable.
Then my husband and I called the store to speak with her regarding the order and her attitude, tone of voice and cursing n yelling at a customer is unacceptable behavior.

I always order from here and also have eaten here and when I walked in to ask to use the bathroom, the woman refused to let me use it and told me I’m not a paying customer even when I told her I am. She was very rude.

Great customer service , the one place in the area that has the best Pina colada. It is usually not busy when I come in , they also have a wife variety of food from fries to burgers and really nice desserts and snacks.
It is easy to locate and the wait time is usual about 10min on a busy day.

Last week I came here and ordered a strawberry smoothie to go. When I was drinking walking home I found a piece of Steel wool in my smoothie, I catches it in my mouth but I was so worried that I had ingested some before I caught it so I ended up going to the hospital because I’m pregnant and I was afraid it was going to affect the baby. I ended up spending a lot of my time in the hospital and in Uber’s to the ER room all because of this smoothie and the very little precaution they have in this place regarding food safety. I’m definitely super disappointed about my experience here.

I never wrote reviews here but I had a terrible experience with this place. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was assured it was grilled chicken. However, once I started eating the sandwich I realized they used deli chicken slices instead of proper cutlets. The texture and taste were awful, and for $12 I paid for this meal, it was a complete rip-off. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs

Called to place an order 2x around 11:30pm with no answer. I called 2 more times 30m later and got an answer the first time and the lady who answered sounded like she didn’t understand or didn’t want to work and actually hung up the phone on my after I said if I can place an order for take out. She said give me a second and hung up. I called back again after 2m of stunned silence and after 2 rings it went to voicemail like she deliberately declined the call… they really don’t want any orders at this time huh? Don’t be 24/7 if you’re not going to service 24/7.

February 9,2022 @11pm I called and placed an order to pick up asking for an Arepa with no cheese no sauce just lettuce tomatoes and onions. This is what I got. A arepa with nothing but sauce it’s bad enough they don’t have vegan options but the cashier was getting rube with me because i didn’t want to pay for that, but she told me if I don’t pay her manager would force her to pay for it. When I asked to speak with the manager she said there wasn’t one at the moment. The worse experience I’ve had at banana king , the one in Jersey city and North bergen are much better.

The customer service it’s awful, we place the order for our food and told them not to include certain ingredients and they made it the way they wanted, order 4 shakes and a lemonade, 2 of the shakes were made with spoiled fruit (banana) and the 3rd shake tasted like water had no fruit taste. The sandwiches, they added all the ingredients even tho we told them not to, the salchipapas, we order them plain and they still put the sauce. It was for take out, when I got home and tasted it was nasty, went back to the restaurant and the lady said that it was done correctly and that’s how the shakes are made everywhere, noooooooo I know how the good food taste like!!! she dead a$$ said it was good and that she wasn’t going to make them again for real someone that work at a kitchen doesn’t know what and how nasty spoiled bananas taste like?? After a little back and forth with the employee they had to give us the money for only 2 shakes. Worst customer service and food ever, wish there was a 0 stars. Never going back to that place.

It’s a place that’s it’s open 24hr, but they don’t have everything available 24hrs. For that, they should say open while supplies last.. because I wanted a chicken and it wasn’t available at the moment and pinchos. A sign should’ve been placed outside what was available at the moment
