We stopped by at Mangia Mornings after a hike at Saratoga Quarry Park to replenish our hungry and tired bodies. It was perfect! The hash browns were extra crispy, coffee – extra creamy, and the omelette nice and juicy!

Truth in advertising, I initially found this place through the Too Good to Go app and to date have only sampled their baked goods. In my first surprise box, I had their pumpkin coffee cake, pistachio chocolate croissant which was very good, and a chocolate filled donut or the chocolate croissant that were just ok from what I was told. I can’t eat chocolate, but immediately fell in love with their pumpkin coffee cake. I’ve returned many times to buy it again at full price and it’s worth it! You know you’ve visited a lot when the staff immediately recognizes you and asks if you want two today. Tried their oatmeal butterscotch cookie, but it was way too sweet for me. Always an adventure when trying something new! Definitely worth a visit.

Apparently there is an egg dish I never knew I needed in my life: Turkish Eggs, poached and served over herb flavored yogurt with spicy oil. The poached eggs were the perfect texture, the yogurt was delicious, although the spicy oil drizzle could have been more spicy. It’s a nice light breakfast dish that I would love to experiment with. The menu here is quite varied, the latte we ordered was pretty good too. We sat outside in the sun on a crisp winter morning, it’s a joy. Will be back to try other things.

Super nice spot. Best breakfast we’ve had in the Bay Area so far. We tried the Burrata and Prosciutto Ciabatta, the Lox Benedictine Eggs and the Dubai chocolate croissant. Mocha and Espresso coffees. Everything was homemade, fresh and excellent. Service was perfect. We will come back soon. Thanks for everything!

Great breakfast with outdoor seating in a charming little town.
This restaurant is located on Big Basin road, which is apparently a very curvy road that sports car enthusiast and motorcyclist enjoy riding on, especially on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
So I will say, that if you like looking at cool cars and motorcycles like me, it was a great experience, but if you don’t want to listen to the revving of engines, perhaps eat inside.

Reason for the 3 stars is that I’m extremely picky when I order over easy eggs. My egg was over hard. I didn’t send it back because it was edible and it was the basic breakfast, bacon and eggs. The oversized Almond croissant was tasty but just not a fan of oversized pastries. My husband had the same breakfasts with a brioche filled with custard. He liked the brioche and likes over hard eggs (asked for over easy). Breakfast came with toast (sourdough) perfectly buttered, but the jam was on the side in packets like a regular diner not gourmet cafe spot as it says on the building. The coffee was a bit bitter, but it may have been medium roast, not my taste. Overall It sounds like I didn’t like it here but I did, just weird about my eggs and have a hard time sending it back just not worth it. I would probably order a latte next time although I like a black cup of dark roasts, I didn’t ask. A lot of this is on me for not speaking up.

Very nice breakfast place with a solid menu. I ordered the Saratoga Benedict and it was mostly good. The poached eggs were somewhat overcooked (solid yolk rather than runny), but the preparation was very tasty. The hash browns were overcooked as well and more crunchy than they should be. The flavor was there, but the prep could be improved.
Overall service was nice and the place has a very cozy feel. I’ll likely go back and, if ordering something with poached eggs, I’ll request that they be a bit less done.

New place in Saratoga, we drove by recently and tried it out now. We had a very pleasant breakfast. The food looked very nice and was tasty. The space is simple and clean. The service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like one of things we ordered (just personal preference) and were immediately offered to choose something else.

I had the bagel and lox with some eggs and bacon à la cart. Coffee was good, food was all fantastic, would eat here a lot if I lived local. Great little breakfast spot!

I tried the Double “S” Benny and it was great. I also had the Loaded Croissant Sammy, which was really loaded, but the taste was just okay. The coffee was fine. I prefer to sit outdoors, which is a great option at this restaurant.
