I loved the Mange Tout Cafe.
I tried there the granola with fruits, the eggs à la mange tout, tea and fresh juice.

The eggs à la mange tout were delicious.
I loved the combination of bacon, tomato, spinach and Hollandaise sauce.
The sourdough bread was crunchy and very tasty.
The eggs were perfectly poached.

The service was very welcoming.
The atmosphere in the cafe was calm and friendly.

I could relax there easily while enjoying delicious food.
The Mange Tout cafe is definitely a recommendation and a good place to start the day with a tasty and wonderful brunch.

Loved it. Quite, off the beaten track, little restaurant in Brighton. Limited menu which always makes it better. Food was delicious, hot and just the right portions. Service was great with really helpful waitress as we struggled with the French version of the food names. Great atmosphere with soft non intrusive background music. Would definitely recommend

Where to start…
Headed to Mange Tout for breakfast and were stunned by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
We ordered the croque Madame and mighty mange tout – Best breakfast we had so far.
Also decided to return in the evening.
Dinner even takes a step further.
Crayfish toast, bavette steak & beef bourguignon were tremendous.
Compliments to Joe & Asha for outstanding service!

The best eggs Royal I’ve ever had! The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The hollandaise was a real, proper one (I’ve been served too many cheap mass made nasty ones before) and a generous serving of smoked salmon. I think the thick slices of sourdough bread was better than a traditional English muffin, and went better for taste and texture. Seasoned beautifully and finished with herbs. Purr pleasure on a plate! That aside, the staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for such a wonderful start to our trip into Brighton.

Really lovely brunch, super clean and tidy, welcoming atmosphere, amazing service by a lovely man with a butterfly/flower tattoo (sorry I didn’t get your name) and a delicious vegetarian breakfast muffin (my photography doesn’t do it justice)… and the chai espresso martini was outrageously good! Will definitely be back:)

Absolutely superb! I went for lunch and will definitely have to try the brunch after this. Maybe even tomorrow it was that good haha!

The place is buzzing and the service was so nice and friendly, being just the right amount of attentive. From the moment you walk in you are looked after by all the team with a smile and I cannot stress enough how helpful and welcomed I felt – fair play guys, service is spot on

And then there’s the food, oh boi! Not being the biggest fan of French cuisine this was a little experiment for me and I thoroughly, THOROUGHLY, enjoy it. The food is so good, it really is, and the portions aren’t too shabby either, though it’s not cheap by any means. I started with the snails which were garlicky and buttery, served with bread to mop up all that goodness afterwards! A little small but made up for it in taste and class. Next I had beef bourguignon that came with an insane Gruyère mash and of course a delightful, rich and flavourful sauce. The fried legumes on the side were banging as well, and the whole meal was just fabulous.

The tea came with a cute little meringue which was a great touch. They have a large drinks selection but the juniper and rose tea was really really good. Try it!

All in all this place has gone straight up there on my list of not only spots in Brighton, but also everywhere else in the world. Great little spot, quality French food and even better service!
