Pulled a hair out of my mashed potatoes and the color of the mashed potatoes was a grayish color. Told the staff and they didn’t care and did not change the food on the buffet. No discount nothing nor any apologies. I’m from Nevada and this restaurant food Is horrible and the food you know been sitting there for some time. Food not like what it used to be. Yes, there is staff standing by the buffet area they stir the food yet the food is not fresh sometimes overcooked. I would not recommend this restaurant at all!! I’ve had bad experiences in the past and had not been there in a while, yet I thought I’ll check it out. Never again! They need to be reported and do they know what ServSafe training is. SMH

I didn’t eat off the buffet because the employees kept cross-contaminating the food items.

Service is friendly but food is garbage. Food sits on buffet line too long. It’s dry and cool to the touch. All the deep fried items come frozen packaged like you get from Costco.

The Mandarin House Restaurant has a really inexpensive lunch buffet. I think it’s $10, so very inexpensive. The food isn’t the best by any means and there isn’t a lot of options. However, there’s rarely any buffet that you can go for $10 anymore. The Mandarin House Restaurant is great for eating a lot of food on the cheap, especially if you go during lunch.

Had a good dinner here tonight with my wife. Buffet was well stocked with fresh food, salad bar was extremely fresh. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Overall we had a pleasant dinner.
