No, just no. Super disappointing. What is pictured is their shrimp chow mein, where there was not a single noodle, the defining attribute of the dish. The shrimp also just had a bad flavor in my opinion and it just tasted awful with their “chow mein” veggie mix. I felt like I was only able to eat some of it because of the crunchy straws that they provided. Their fried rice, which I paid extra to get, didn’t taste good either, it was dry and had a bad after taste.

As always, the tiny spicy chicken was delicious. Just DO NOT order the chow mein. This is what it looks like. Slimy mush, and where on God’s green earth are the noodles??

They have been at the location for a long time. They will be moving to the south end of town closer to Twisted Sugar and Elements. Just north of Logan River. Until then come and enjoy great food and a wonderful staff. Ordered the food to be shared between the 4 of us. I loved the sampler.(comes with an open flame grill). Well visit them again even after they have moved.

This place has zero customer service. I found three individual hairs in our meal! One of them was in my salad the other two were into individual entrées that we had. We told them about it and they said that we had two options we could finish eating it or they could we make the food. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me it was impossible, but any food got in our meal. I asked him nicely if there was anything else that can be done to correct this issue and he said there was nothing that can be done. He got really defensive and frustrated and acted like I was lying to him and I made the whole thing up. When I asked him if he was thinking about I was a liar he gave me my check and said you can finish eating your meal that’s all I can. Do you think I want to eat another plate of food and risk having more hairs in it. I’m feeling sick even thinking about it! As I was leaving, the server said, I don’t care who you blame and she walked away from me was really rude as well. This whole experience is unbelievable. I usually don’t leave these kind of reviews, but this kind of customer service is beyond acceptable!

I don’t know where to begin with Mandarin Garden. I have been going here since I was a kid with my family and it was always a special experience. Once I grew older I was able to choose to go here and it has grown to become one of my absolute favorite restaurants in logan. I love the food, the service is wonderful, and The atmosphere is lovely. I’ll be returning frequently and one day bringing my kids here.

I called three separate times of different times of today to see if I could get a takeout order. And each time nobody answered. There are so many staff in this overstaffed restaurant, that there is no reason, and no excuse for them to not take my phone call. I’ve been going here in person for years. And this is the first time that they have been called by me let alone three times and treated me this way. Why should I give my business to a company that doesn’t care enough to answer their phone. Absolutely disgusting. It tells me that if they’re not even willing to answer their phone then why would they be even remotely willing to give me decent food. They say judge by the fruits of their labor, and from what I can see the fruits of their labor aren’t that appetizing anymore. And frankly the quality has been going down anyway. I just regret that I’ve wasted my money at this place as many times as I have. Because clearly customers don’t matter. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant in this Valley before. I used to think that there was just something a little bit more upper class about the standards that restaurants held here in the valley. And it’s not that we’re fancy or more deserving or more expensive, but I always thought that there was just something a little bit more higher quality, but clearly not with Mandarin Garden. Clearly the high standard of customer service and high standard of good food has completely disappeared. Just know that when you show up or especially when you call, you absolutely do not matter.

When we walkedin one employee was busy doing something. And 2 were sitting at the first table talking. One looked at us but kept talking. Stood waiting to be seated for 5 mins. Finally walked out. Their employees conversations were more important than the customers. There was no one other customers in the restaurant. We love their food and have been customers foe over 30 years! So disappointing. I hope the owners read this.

Never had a problem with mandarin garden it’s good food for the price but I found a hair and the chicken was dark and tasted old. I called for a refund but the guy just gave me laughs over the phone so I just hung up. Really dissatisfied knowing this was the first time I ate all day..

Hands down best Chinese in the valley. Not that it’s much of a competition. I mean all it has to do is beat Formosa. Lack of competition aside, I do like this place. Great cream cheese wontons and pot stickers. Good soups. Best entrees are orange chicken, tiny spicy chicken, general tsos, and teriyaki chicken. They have good lunch specials. For dinner it’s more family style, so 2 entrees shared between 3 people is perfect.

It’s not as bad as the reviews I read made it out to believe, at least for this one time. The food was good. I got a lunch special of Tiny Spicy Chicken with egg roll and wonton soup. I appreciated the quantity for how much it cost. When it comes to Chinese restaurants, if the food doesn’t taste bad, then my next priority is quantity, and Mandarin Garden did a good job with this one. It wasn’t overflowing, but I didn’t feel like they skimped out on me either.
