Mandarin at 6pm on a Thursday. No one was inside eating which surprised us. First time visit, only a lunch time buffet which is fine. We ordered off the menu and got orange chicken … pepper chicken and sweet sour chicken with rice … veggie rolls and egg rolls. Everything we ate was excellent and nicely prepared. The waiter was very nice, helpful and engaging.

We had a very good meal here. We both got the buffet and what we wanted for a reasonable $14.50 each on Sunday. Very friendly staff, prompt service as well. There are some good options, and don’t forget to ask for some wonton soup. We enjoyed the crab rangoons as well; they were a bit sweeter.

Our first visit was on Christmas Day for the buffet. Since holiday, weekend pricing was $14.99. Arrived shortly after 11am and place was starting to fill. The buffet was fully stocked. Food was fresh, not as many selections as some of the larger buffets but everything was very tasty! Sweet sour soup full of ingredients, at least 6 different shrimp offerings. Enjoyed most everything on my plate. Staff was very attentive although very busy. Will definitely be back

The staff was super polite. Restaurant was very clean. They by far had the best sweet n sour chicken I’ve ever had! The chicken was not dry at all! Decent portion size. Fried rice was very good and didn’t have a burnt taste to it! I’ll definitely order from there again.

This is the kind of Chinese Buffet you want.
Everything is Chinese food. There’s no pizza. It’s small, so the 20-30 dishes they have are refilled frequently, and the quality can be better-maintained.
Take out from the buffet can be had for $7.50/lb as of November 2025. It’s a great way to do a lunch spread for a few people back at the office or home.

Mandarin has a good lunch buffet at a great price. The service was excellent. Our waters stayed full and table was cleared as soon as a plate was empty. The restaurant was clean and kid friendly, and the owner was conversational and kind. The hot and sour soup was excellent as was the mei fun(rice noodles);two of my favorites.

I’d give it a 3.5, no wait since there is legit nobody there. Service could’ve been faster since there is 2 other small groups. The waiter said it was 30 years old, could tell. 1970 type paint, old, not fitting, dark wood tables. Everything else was good, wouldn’t get egg rolls again.

The food was delicious! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. A calm atmosphere. There was no buffet, which is what we were looking for, but they only have the buffet for lunch. Still, we couldn’t be disappointed because the food was so great. Large portion sizes, hot and fresh.

Arrived right when they were opening, so food was coming out to the lunch buffet. A few unexpected surprises for the buffet being boom boom chicken (fried chicken with a slightly spicy creamy sauce) and sliced chicken cutlet, Thai chili chicken and curry chicken (with potatoe). People have mentioned that the buffet is “smaller than others”, but I would argue that A. This isn’t just a buffer restaurant B. Those places have a lot of “filler (aka cheap) items to make it look like a lot more and C. This is definitely quality over quantity and this buffet has ALL the staples and then some.
