We found Mandala accidentally after being underwhelmed by the food truck park nearby. It was a really lovely surprise. The chef was busy, polite, and took care with each element of our meals. We ordered the pork chop and the butter chicken curry, and the accompanying sides were wonderful as well.

Found based on the Google reviews on a quiet Monday night and this spot did not disappoint – delicious and warm Indian food. The portions were generous for a very reasonable price. We had a chicken Tikka masala and a chickpea curry, as well as a tasty homemade hibiscus-ginger-lemon drink, and garlic naan that the owner makes from dough in front of you, on a cast iron skillet.

LOOOVEEEEE the food here. Got chicken curry and malai curry kofta curry. Both tasted absolutely delicious. Must must must try if you are in Aguadilla/Rincon/Mayaguez area. Owner/Chef is a self taught indian cusine chef and he absolutely nailed the spices and flavors 🙂

The food that Master chef Jerry served was delectable, fresh and well portion for the price. I highly recommend Mandala for anyone looking for high quality Indian food in the Rincon area.
