⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A great little Indian food truck in Rincón — no pretense, just simple, honest Indian flavors. The owner is humble and friendly, and you can tell everything is made with care. It’s within walking distance from the town center and open Friday through Monday.
The menu changes weekly, usually offering three main dishes — one chicken, one red meat, and one vegetarian option — all served with basmati rice and a fresh salad made with local greens. The dressing has a light sweetness, and the onions are surprisingly sweet too.
Today’s dishes were butter chicken, marinated lamb, and coconut lentils, plus naan with cilantro and garlic. The food isn’t greasy, and the spice level is on the mild side — I’d love to see a spicier sauce option for those who enjoy more heat.
It’s a rustic setup with a few open-air tables under a canopy, simple but comfortable. Portions are generous — I shared the butter chicken with naan, and it was plenty for two people.
If you’re craving Indian flavors around Rincón, this spot is worth a visit.
Great portions, delicious flavors, and eco friendly to-go containers! 11/10 for us!
I liked the concept, a fusion of puertorrican and indian gourment food. I spoke to the chef Mr.Jerry and I decided to order Pork Masala with roasted pepper sauce. The food that Master chef Jerry served was delectable, fresh and well portion for the price. I highly recommend Mandala for anyone looking for high quality Indian food in the Rincon area.
The chef is very sweet and his passion for Indian food shows in the food which was absolutely delicious.
