We ordered online and absolutely nothing was correct one pizza was covered in mushrooms and olives only 2 people wanted. The other one was supposed to be half pepperoni and half sausage. They didn’t even make us the correct sandwich. When we complained our entire 60 dollar order was wrong the told us there was
Nothing they could do to make it right. The manager was so incredibly rude. We will never order from here again.
Edit for owner: we do not yell or cuss at anyone EVER. you have a serious issue with your staff and you need to address it. Your team leader told us there was nothing he would do to make it right. We asked him to remake it and he said no. The entire order was wrong. We then said then we will never eat here again. He said fine by me and we hung up. I think a recorder on your phone calls would do you some good especially after looking at other reviews. I do not want to give you my business at all after being lied about. Good luck to you guys and God bless.

Walk in and order at the counter type of place! This restaurant should be rated higher IMO. They melt the cheese on their ham and cheese sandwich and it’s soooo good! The garlic cheese bread is $4.75 for the monstrosity pictured here. This place is always delicious, definitely worth a visit.

Great pizza, the host taking our order was so kind and patient since we had never been there b4 and from Ohio, told us all about their food and how everything is made fresh in house which really showed in the food, my pizza was delicious. If I lived closer it definitely would be a weekly place i would eat at.

I like Mancino’s and order from there often, however, I will never again order a deep dish from there. The last two times it wasn’t fully baked so the center of the crust is still uncooked dough. Not sure that is even safe to eat. Gonna try to re-bake it at home without burning it to see if I can make it edible.

We love this place! Great grinders, and pretty good pizzas. I like the salads too, but rarely get them. They daily lunch specials wrote in their chalk board inside restaurant. They also have a “text club”. Where on your first text u get free garlic cheesy bread. then after that about every two-three weeks they send you additional deals. They also have kids meals, and they are reasonably priced. I usually get the mancinos club. But there are enough options to make everyone in your party happy!

We placed a large order for work, sent an email with detailed list of each item for each person. When we received our food – we were missing a club, pizza sub, and also received a hair in one of the salads.
I love Mancino’s but if they can’t build an order off a list then something needs changed. Very disappointing!
To find a hair in our salad was also upsetting especially since it turned our appetite off!

The last 2 times I have ordered from Mancino’s my meal has been wrong and left me unsatisfied. As I sat waiting on my order I watched the staff picking ingredients off of cooked pizzas leaving strings of cheese and everything looking a mess. The meals I got today were so greasy it leaked through the pizza box and the grinder bag had grease on the handle dripping down.
