We ended up here on New Year’s Eve as our other choice was closed for the holidays and the grands wanted pizza. The pizza was good. We didn’t have to wait long before our very hot pizza was ready. We ate it in the small dining area provided. Tables were small but with no one else dining in, we were fine. Price was fairly average for the size we purchased.

Menu price shown for my toasted sub was around $10.50 to $10.95. I was charged about two dollars more than that at point of sale, with nothing extra added. But the take-out bag was heavy, the sandwich was good. So I didn’t complain.

I’m a regular customer, but for the past couple of months, I don’t know what’s been happening. They’re putting way too much sauce on the pizzas, so much that when you go to eat them, the crust gets soggy and loses its consistency, and you can’t taste anything but the sauce. When I order, I ask them not to put so much sauce on, but they still put a lot on.

great sandwiches, especially the Italian Combo. a half sandwich feeds one person. it took about 15 minutes to make our order but it was a busy night and they told us there would be a wait ahead of time. i’d happily eat from Mancino’s again!

Very bad kid making food can over took drink did not change gloves..or oder was done but sit their for 10 before we got our food. Young gril and boy playing on phones. Only one kid in kitchen working other playing on phones..will not come back.

I am updating this review and changing the stars. I finally gave this place another try last night after years lol. You know the brown crust that comes on the turkey you get sliced from the deli? When you open a new ball of deli meat to slice, you throw away the 1st bit cuz it’s just brown crust. Not here. They sliced it up and that was my sandwich!! Look at my pics. In years they still haven’t fixed this restaurant. Seems like kids are still running it.
I get so tired of ordering appetizers from this place, specifically asking if I can have it before our meal (like an “appetizer” should be), and never-not once have they done it. Someone needs to better train this crew. I won’t be returning. I gave them 3 stars since they have good grinders. But the customer service has killed it for me.
UPDATE: after seeing my review, the manager contacted me offering a replacement sub for my troubles. It was impressive that he reached out. Until he never sent the coupon.
I still have not, and will not, return. Not unless I suddenly stop liking appetizers ♀️

We ordered a pizza well done and a roast beef grinder. The grinder was delicious! The pizza, let’s say, deserved the 2 star rating. Pizza was soggy and rubbery. He ate as much as he could of the pizza, but said it was terrible. One of the help was outside and he called her over. She did say she’d re-make it, but she’s not on the oven tonight. We won’t come back for pizza…
