Lunch at Mancha Mexican Kitchen next to our hotel. Was actually recommended by my AI friend Grok!
Worked out as the “Birria Lunch Burrito” I ordered was good! Birria dipping sauce rich and yummy. Guess I didn’t read close enough to realize I would be receiving potato chip with it, but I just snacked on the tortilla chips that accompanied the meal.
The house salsa for the chip is fresh, dark and rich. I crave a little more spiciness, and my beautiful young server Alexia took care of that. She brought me a hot red and a hot green sauce and that was the ticket!

Absolutely incredible! Wow—I’m blown away by the flavors and quality of the food at Mancha! Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, packed with authentic flavor and made with such fresh ingredients. You can truly taste the care that goes into everything. Ivan, the manager, was so friendly and kind—his warm hospitality made the entire experience even better. This is hands down my new favorite restaurant! Soooooo good!!!! Visited Mancha Cocina Mexican restaurant in Leesburg, VA for the first time on 10/27/25 and it was just great! Delicious, great service, affordable and wonderful atmosphere! Great server, Anthony and attentive management, Eric!!! We even enjoyed the servers singing a joyous birthday song to a grateful customer!!!! See photos below and also try the flan for dessert, it was perfect!!! We MAY be your biggest fans, but lots of competition for that role!!! Thank you soooo much for having a wonderful restaurant for us!!!!!

Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn
We had a fantastic experience at Mancha Cocina Mexicana! My son Jack and I were out all day on a Saturday cleaning gutters for our community, and we were starving afterward. We decided to stop in, and I’m so glad we did. The tacos were absolutely the best I’ve had outside of California—truly authentic and delicious. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in until we left. We can’t wait to go back and try more of their food. What a great spot!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time in the entire area of northern Virginia. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for food but it’s always worth it.
One item of note, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Enchilada on my last visit and it looked quite different from other photos of the same meal (still tasted great, just different than anticipated).

Highly recommend this restaurant. The service is top-notch. Everyone was friendly and extremely attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I had intended to take a picture before I ate it all, but this is the best I could do. Will absolutely be coming back. My fiancé ordered the enchiladas chipotle and I ordered the Carne Asada and Al Pastor tacos. Absolutely delicious! 10/10

Went there for the first time for some happy hour drinks and tacos. Everything was amazing, it was busy and the service was still great and our food came out fast. Ivan was our server and was great as well. Very impressed and will be going back again:)

We decided to try this place because of all the great reviews but unfortunately our experience didn’t quite live up to the hype! The food was decent.. I’ve definitely had better but it still tasted good overall. What was disappointing was everything else!! The greeting felt cold, there wasn’t much of a welcome, and our waiter seemed confused. We waited a long time for two simple meals and overall the service just wasn’t attentive. On top of that, the atmosphere was very loud that we could barely have a conversation.
If you’re ordering takeout, you’ll probably be fine. But if you’re looking for a place to enjoy quality time and feel well taken care of, you may want to explore other options.
