Really delicious food. I had the Lamb Curry and my husband had the Chicken Tikka Masala. We shared an appetizer of Tandoor Paneer which was amazing. Butter Naan was freshly made for us. Just the right amount of spice in all the dishes. The lamb was so tender. The chefs are very eager to please and do a great job. They made my birthday dinner special. We will be back to try some other dishes.

Hadn’t realized this new Indian restaurant had opened close to us and we love Indian food (as do most people from England!). Ordered a lot more than we needed so we could try more of the dishes. Fantastic southern Indian food. Have brought plenty home to enjoy over the next couple of days. Nicely renovated, we arrived quite late so the restaurant was very quiet but I imagine the atmosphere would be good when it’s got most of the tables full. We’ll be back, maybe to try their Thursday evening or Sunday lunchtime buffet.

Manam Bistro is a charming Indian restaurant located in the heart of Thorndale, PA. Containing a banquet hall that accommodates up to 120 people, the restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful interior. The service is exceptional thanks to the owners and staff and the food is simply delicious thanks to chef.
We had arranged our daughter’s graduation party here and the classic Indian dishes were made with fresh ingredients while also remaining flavorful.

Went here for an early Birthday dinner, everything was amazing, my girlfriend and I tried a new appetizer (samosa) and both got our favorite foods. She got the Paneer Tikka Masala, and I got the Chicken Biryani, both came out amazing. The staff were also very nice, and everything was quick even though they were flooded with mobile orders. The atmosphere was nice, it doesn’t seem to be very busy in person as most people seemingly order through DoorDash or phone, but they have nice music and it’s pretty warm (perfect temperature to me) with their heaters. The decoration also adds to the atmosphere, with coffee themed wallpaper (they serve coffee) as well as pictures and paintings of things like ingredients. We wanted to try the desserts, but our entrées filled us up and we both took half of our meals home in boxes. The Restaurant is much bigger on the inside, and they have a few different rooms for events, so we very likely will book them in the future, and come back for meals. 10/10 top Indian spot in the Area, including Exton and Malvern.

The curry is so flavourful. The spices and herbs are so aromatic. I’ve never had curry taste this good. The chicken was nicely grilled/roasted and oh so juicy. Also I LOVE spicy food and the Butter Chicken spice level definitely delivered! It was really spicy but not TOO spicy. The perfect balance of heat without compromising the flavor. You can tell the cooks really care about making their food taste the best!
I can’t wait to see what more options will become available on their full menu!

I wanted to try this place as they opened near my place! Ordered one chicken dum biryani . Definitely stale and no flavor at all. Chicken is not seasoned and basic flavors are missing. The quantity of the biryani and meat pieces were adequate with one full egg, but focus on the taste !! Will try again some appetizers and Gravy and review!!!

Just had a lovely meal at Manam’s Thorndale. We had Two appetizers the lamb and chicken both amazing, followed by two entrees and garlic naan and Masala Dosa. All fantastic. So nice to have a curry house right here in Thorndale. If you’re a fan of Curry please give them a try.
They’re going to offer a buffet type meal Thursday evenings too.
The only thing that could make it better would be more diners.

I reserved a table in advance for my husband and I plus extended family to attend the Banana Leaf Festival Buffett yesterday. The atmosphere, food, and staff were amazing! We’ve always had a great experience at Manam Restaurant in Malvern. Attending the festival Buffett at the bistro was a unique experience we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend; Manam Restaurant and Manam’s Bistro offer exceptional food and service!
