This was honestly the biggest let down I have ordered in a long time. We ordered through Uber Eats and was charged around $20 per item. When the food arrived it was gross, tasted like it came straight from a freezer to a microwave, half our fries were still cold on the inside. The chicken was chewy and spongy, it tasted like it came out of a bag in the refrigerator isle of the supermarket. Everything was soggy, nothing had any crisp to it. If I wanted to make a food this “quality” I could have microwaved a wrap, friend and onion rings at home for less than 1/4 of the price. Also it came in a Friendly’s bag, what is with that?
The best part was the sauce which you an tell is not made in house and came from a bottle. My girlfriend took one bite and tossed the rest of the plate. I’m the guy who eats everyone’s left overs around the house and I only stomached about half my meal. The whole experience was garbage, I am extremely upset I spent any money on this much less prices comparable to a decent restaurant who’s food comes out hot and not out of a microwave. Who ever “cooked” this should be ashamed of themselves, who ever continues to let this happen should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourself and save your money. Look elsewhere for food.
