Ordered delivery. Food looked amazing in the photos. What showed up was so bad I complained to GrubHub about how it feels like a scam. Food was nothing like what was advertised. $20 burrito advertised as something big enough for two people. What showed up was about the size of a tube of toothpaste, I’m talking snack wrap from McDonald’s sized, and just tasted like a microwaved frozen burrito. SCAM.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was extremely underwhelming. The pictures advertised what appeared to be flavorful and appetizing looking food but what I received was the opposite. It was frozen fries and onion rings, sour cream, jarred cheese and hot cheetos. Something I could’ve easily prepared myself instead of spending $30. Their storefront on doordash is a scam. Don’t waste your money or your time !

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
I ordered delivery from this place not realizing it was operating out of a local Friendly’s. The menu and pricing made the food look like it would be high-quality, but what I received was very disappointing. The food looked and tasted like something straight from Friendly’s – cheap ingredients and poor presentation.
I paid $4 for a bottled soda but was given a fountain drink in a Friendly’s cup instead. That felt misleading and overpriced.
Worst of all, a few hours after eating, I ended up feeling sick. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Order was cold Cheese was not melted, ordered. A Cali crunch tried to call the restaurant to talk to the manager and got an automated voice messaging system. Horrible food, horrible customer service

This is a ghost kitchen, these kinds of kitchens hurt actual local restaurants and often have misleading product photos and descriptions. Do not order.

Classic case of misleading marketing. Pics on the website made this food look insanely good but unfortunately it was not. Average at best and for the price, definitely sub par. How they label these as California-style burritos is laughable. Also confusing pickup process being in On The Border. It’s definitely all the same ingredients they use so that’s what you should expect. Skip this one.

Complete fraud. Ordered thinking this was its own establishment. Drove around in circles looking for “man vs fries” nothing. Theres no actual location in Woburn. It’s inside “On The Border” yet higher price but the same exact food. So deceiving what an absolute rip off. I called customer service and got a voicemail.
